BIG, BIG FAN! I love everything about this lipstick! Starting with the packaging, the lipstick case is super sleek, easy to open and looks high end. This color was a big hit for me, not too bright, not too dark - but just the right red hue (thanks to the dusty tone!) I love it for an evening out, to add some extra ‘pop’ to my outfit. But I think my absolute favourite part of it, is the texture. It’s all in the name “MACximal SATIN”. That’s exactly what it felt like gliding on my lips when I applied it - soft, satin and light. I absolutely love lipstick and this is my first time trying MAC lipstick. I really liked the application. My lips feel hydrated not sticky. It wasn't necessarily long lasting though to be honest. I did have to reapply multiple times a day. This color looked great on my fair complexion however, if I looked closely though I could see it leaking into a few of my fine lines around my lips. I'm 44 years old, mature skin but I follow a very good skin care routine. I rocked this shade in the office and after hours. I got lots of compliments. Would recommend and for my fellow mature ladies, a lip pencil application beforehand. I'd also like to say kudos for the packaging. I received this lipstick in exchange for my review from Topbox Circle. I’m so happy i was chosen for this because it is such a wonderful product! I’ve been wearing it for weeks now and not only are my lips not dried out from it, they are more moisturized! This is something I don’t usually expect from a Matte Lip product so I’m happy those claims of moisture were true! It’s the most beautiful shade of red that gives the best payoff in just one swipe. Very easy to apply and there’s no feathering or bleeding and it stays on all day. I haven’t had to reapply during the day. It stays on too. Little to no transfer when I kiss my baby which is a huge benefit for me as a mom. I highly reccomend this lipstick to anyone that likes a matte finish and a beautiful red color.
