At the same time, it remains on the lips for some time after application, very delicately, barely perceptible, but remains. The texture is very pleasant, the lipstick literally floats on the lips, does not bald or streak. You can play with saturation yourself, in the photo there is exactly one layer, but if you layer it (luckily it allows this) you can get the brightest berry shade. In the first seconds, when it comes into contact with the lips, it seems to melt, acquiring a light satin shine, but the noticement freezes, becoming, of course, matte. It’s even surprising, but with such coverage it really emphasizes flaking for me and doesn’t get caught in folds! The durability here is enviable! Eat, drink, and she won't care! I am simply delighted with this lipstick, from the shade to the quality of execution! So I definitely recommend her!

I absolutely love MAC lipstick- specifically their new MACXIMAL line. It is truly absolute perfection with its long lasting wear, a smooth building formula, and Shea Butter scents. The price point is more than affordable for the amount of product and uses. The great part is that it acts not only a lipstick, but also moisturizes your lips as well; giving an overall luscious look, feel and experience. The wear on this lipstick is phenomenal- after a greasy burger, drinks after a long night out- it holds up through out with no touch ups! The only thing I would change about this formula is I do wish it was as Shea scented as the teddy shade. I have been wanting to get this lipstick for quite a long while because everyone was saying good things about it. It was quite elusive and sold out fast but I was finally able to get it. I like the consistency. It is very moisturizing and not as drying as a normal matte lipstick. The color looks excellent on my warm-toned skin. It is the perfect classy red lipstick and I truly believe it could work for any skin tone. I confidently say this as someone who has struggled to find the perfect red lipstick for my skin tone. I was slightly disappointed to find that it has a glossy finish rather than giving the expected matte finish that I was going for. But that can be fixed with patting some powder over it. Perhaps the best purchases I have made this year.

I received the M.A.C.ximal Silky Matte Lipsticks in Velvet Teddy and Ruby Woo from @Influenster and @M.A.C. Cosmetics in exchange for an honest review. I have always loved M.A.C. There is not one skin tone on this planet that this lipstick won't suit. The most perfect red imaginable, with a blue undertone that will make your teeth appear whiter (an added bonus). Makes you look so beautiful, feminine and fierce all at the same time. I feel so strong and independent when I wear this lipstick. The most perfect shade for the winter season, when you're wearing cosy knitted jumpers. Just pop this on with (or without) a winged liner, and some mascara and you are good to go. Honestly apart from some moisturiser you do not even need foundation or concealer sometimes when wearing this lipstick. One little downside to this lipstick is its pretty hard to apply due to it being one of the dryer retro mattes in MAC's collection; but that is nothing a ...
