Mac in A Sac Origin Adult Navy XS

Exceptional. Purchased for Download Festival and was dry the whole time. Fell over in the mud (my absolute length on my back) and it didn’t in any way permeate, stayed clean and dry underneath. Wiped clean too! Couldn’t find a jacket anywhere near as waterproof as this one for less than £80-£100, massively impressed with the price. Can’t recommend enough honestly. It’s even super easy to get back into the sac.

Great product and great value for money for a waterproof light jacket. Love the colour I picked but there is an amazing range of colours in the jackets so may order another one in a different colour. Excellent company with very effective and efficient customer service. I ordered the wrong size, small, instead of extra small and it was super easy to request a replacement. Company had fast communications and kept me up-to-date along the way. I'd highly recommend this company! In fact I already have, to my daughter, who will be ordering a jacket and trousers soon.

Brilliant comfortable, lightweight waterproofs

Really impressed by these, I haven't been out in the rain with them for hours yet, but on shorter trips of an hour they've kept me completely dry in the lashing rain of the Hebrides. They are so light and packable, but also very comfortable. They fit perfectly over my windbreaker. They keep the wind and rain out, but despite being so thin keep in the warmth just enough, but not too much. The vent at the back stops you getting too hot and prevents condensation. The elasticated cuffs are great, and the drawstring on the hood is good. They are thin, but that's why they're light - time will tell if they're durable enough. You can get lighter from brands like OMM but at a far higher price, and will anything be durable that is that thin? Great waterproof jacket at a really good price

I liked the look of the Origin Packable Waterproof Jacket and there are plenty of colours to choose from. I wasn't sure which size would fit best so I ordered two different sizes. They arrived quickly and it was easy to return the jacket which was too big. I'm a size 14/16 and kept the medium - there's room to wear a few layers underneath, but it doesn't look baggy with just a t-shirt underneath. The Ocean jacket I kept is a lovely colour (looks exactly like the pictures). It's had plenty of wear already and is doing a great job - light and waterproof - exactly what I needed. Very reasonably priced when you compare with lightweight waterproof jackets from other brands. I recommend Mac in a Sac and will definitely buy from them again.

Khaki mac in sac

I bought this as a gift as I already have one. It is very useful for outdoors/ dog walking etc. The sac can easily be clipped onto a crossbody bag or belt ready for an unexpected downpour. It fits easily into car glove department too. It has been well tested and is definitely waterproof. I like the colour too. Fits well, only negative from me is that it is difficult to get back into the sac....but that's probably due to my clumsy fingers! Thank you for the quick dispatch too.

Nice jacket. Sizing is really good and as advised. Can easily get more layers under mine. Waterproof seems very good too although I haven’t tested it for extended periods of time in serious rain. Didn’t get too hot and stuffy (which I was worried about with this type of jacket) but again need to wear it more and be more active to see if I do. Unfortunately thought the zip on the blue one was black but it seems to be a navy so which that had been clearer on the description. Really good value though!

Perfect every day vest top

I have many Hush cotton vest tops in different colours from previous years. This 100% cotton version is a smooth cotton, not slubbed as last year's version, and very slightly thinner. However, it is not see through, has a useful neckline for every day wear and the XS fits my size 8 bust and 5'3" frame perfectly. Surprisingly for Hush this design is not too long in the body on me and looks good worn not tucked in when it is very hot.I really wish that it was available in some brighter colours, to compliment white shorts in hot climates.It is a little expensive for a plain t-shirt but washes well and the fabric does not twist, so worth that bit extra.

Very Pleased

I am size 12/14 and ordered a size M. It has room for layers underneath without looking too big. It is great to have a choice of colours and it is definitely an upgrade from an old black one from an outdoor store. It is not the sort of jacket I will wear regularly but it will be great to put in rucksack for a walk or to take on holiday . I will take it on holiday with me later this year. I also managed to get it back in it's bag without difficulty which is a bonus. I am very pleased with it.
