Mac in A Sac Polar Ladies Jacket (Black/Teal) - Size 16

I love the yellow colour but the purple is visible through the arms, which are thinner padding than the body. It's a great practical addition to spring/summer evenings outdoors though. Love that it packs down into your backpack/hand luggage. I am size 14 and ordered a large and it's on the roomy size.

I ordered this hoping it would fit. I'm an 18 and decided to try the XXL in fuschia/navy. I am extremely pleased it fits nicely with just a t-shirt on. I didnt want to have to wear a jumper underneath so I'm happy with it. Lovely and warm and extremely lightweight. Beautiful colours. Just what I was looking for.

Exceeds my expectations

This reversible style is perfect for my needs. The darker colour for working and the quick change for those late nights walking home when the yellow will stand out. Thought this might be too short but a perfect length with a longer back. Have only recently received this jacket but so far it doesn’t disappoint. In fact I don’t think it will be in its pouch very often.

We go on a lot of walks/hikes with our two Spaniels and these jackets have been incredible. They are very compact and lightweight making it easy to take anywhere. They are very cosy and protect against wind and the rain really successfully. Very happy customer!!

Great spring jacket

Light weight down jacket that is great for spring but also light enough to go under another coat for winter. Love the reversible colours (pink/navy). Nice bright pink. Easily packs into its bag to carry around in rucksack/ handbag.Sizing : I’m 5’6” and 64 kg . Bought a small and I have plenty of room for a jumper underneath .

Just what I wanted

Great lightweight jacket that's good for warmth but not too hot. Seems to cope with light showers, I've not tried it in heavier rain yet. I can't give a performance score for how waterproof it is but on everything else it has been very good so far.

Lightweight, warm and packs down small

Lightweight and warm thermal jacket that packs up very compact. The sizing of these jackets is a bit different to other makes. This jacket was for my wife who is size 10 but the Mac in a Sac 10 is a little big (an 8 would be too small) I got the men's version of this jacket last year and I'm an L in most other manufacturers but an L in Mac in a sack is a touch short in the arms.

Lovely jacket

I haven't worn it much yet but so far it is warm and wind resistant. I love that it's reversible which makes it excellent value. I am a UK size 12-14 (bust size 39") and the fit is snug but that's what I wanted. I discovered that the size guide gives the garment measurements so it's easy to select the fit you want. If I needed to wear more than a base layer or t-shirt under it I would get size L. Very tempted to get another just for the fun colours.

Very efficient service

The jacket is lovely, well made and very soft. It does pack into the sac and so was delivered with ease through the letterbox, which is a bonus! Being reversible it is in effect two jackets for the price of one.Sizing is difficult when buying online. I would say it comes up a bit big. It looked fitted in the pictures and so I went for a M. I'm a size 10/12 and probably could have happily used the S. It depends whether you plan to wear a thick under layer or not.
