Overall, this mascara is great in terms of keeping lashes perky, but pretty difficult to apply and take off. I've been using this for a month and I can't use any other mascara now!

I have been a fan of this mascara since its first launch! It was absolutely formulated for downward facing/straight lashes. It's a quick drying waterproof formula that keeps lashes up after you curl them. Start with a little product and work your way to building that intense drama. Definitely recommend an oil-based eye makeup remover like their Cleanse Off Oil or Clarins Cleansing Oil. 100/100.

It may be expensive, but it is definitely worth it. It's just so much easier to remove all your waterproof make-up. Just soak your cotton pad and rub away; no fuss in taking this mascara off. Overall, this is the best mascara if you don't mind watching out for these two factors.

I've searched over a decade for a mascara that will hold a curl in my poker straight lashes... this does that and then some. It's a buildable formula that's volumizing and lengthening as well. Its amazingly waterproof- doesn't run, smudge, or flake. I would give 5 stars but the only downside is how difficult it is to remove. It's very time consuming and messy, even with the provided remover oil. That is my only complaint, though. I've tried other mascaras and just keep coming back to this one. I had been using the False Lashes Waterproof mascara for years. Despite it being waterproof, it wasn't hard to get off but lasted all day without flaking. I had gone to the store to purchase another one and was told it was just discontinued and it was suggested I try this one.It was clumpy and didn't curl my lashes nor give me any volume, not that it was for volume. The False Lashes one always gave me volume and held a curl. The most disturbing part was when I removed the mascara...which didn't fully come off. That was the only difference in my eye routine that day. As soon as I "took" it off, my eyelids started burning. It took almost two months for my eyes to feel normal again. I wish they'd bring back False Lashes.

So my eyelashes are the straightest!! Ive tried so many mascaras &they all seem to lose its curl after a few minutes of applying. My go to mascara has been the one with the apple logo in the pink bottle. It works so good, keeps my eyelashes curled, long &thick. Bad thing is that smears so much. I have panda eyes by the end of the day. So I decided to try this &omg!! Fell in love worked perfectly for my stubborn eyelashes!! Lol and it doesn't smear at all! Its a holy grail for me!! It is waterproof so its harder to remove then most mascaras. But I simply use Neutrogena's Makeup remover wipes &it comes off so easily!! I recommend for girls who have super straight down eyelashes that need a little more to help them be up &full💕!!
I was trying to reorder the great MAC False Lashes Waterproof Mascara that I'd purchased several times before. Alas, it has been discontinued. Called customer service to ask them to recommend an alternative. She recommended this, but it is not the same at all! What I like about MAC Cosmetics is the formulas do not cause any difficulty with my contact lenses. That is true with this mascara. But it's extremely clumpy, makes my lashes stick together like teeth in a wide-toothed comb. It's early impossible to remove with my usual facial cleanser, and leaves me with horrible raccoon eyes the next day. Literally stays on my skin and lashes for days. I'm so disappointed. And I bought 2! Please bring back the False Lashes Waterproof Mascara!

I'm very sensitive to mascaras and when I'm allergic my eyes literally water until it comes off or it's removed. This mascara did not cause any irritation, did not flake, or smudge. It went on easily and made my lashes look incredible. Two tiny drawbacks: Not even sure if these can be improved upon. First, I prefer to only apply this mascara when it has been in a vertical position, if it has been laying on its side it makes it hard to get it out of the tube without making a little mess.
