This 2021 release has us giddy! An absolute classic Macallan in the making, this is the oldest of its Double Cask range. This Macallan 30 Year Old Double Cask 2021 was created using spirit from two types of sherry-seasoned casks, made from both European and American oak. This Euro-American influence imparts a great deal of complexity within the dram (as well as the cask-imparted colour). Arriving at 43% abv, this is an elegant dram that celebrates the sweet toffee, ginger, dried fruits and spice that Macallan is known around the world for.
