I read the reviews and purchased a medium even though I normally wear a small. I'm glad I did as they fit perfectly. Very happy although not worn them in cold weather yet as it's Summer at the moment.

These are really comfortable. They feel good against the skin, and have good shape, so they stay on and fit well in the right areas, and also have good length, not too short or too long.

Beautifully made, light, soft to the touch but warm to wear. Some of the best thermals I have bought recently. Fully recommend the Macpac Merinos.

High quality winter base layer that wicks away moisture and maintains a neutral smell for days. Soft and cozy, and never itchy-scratchy like inferior base layers can be. Total comfort. Worth the money.
Having tried about everything on the market from polys and molys and hybrids, the base layer is your foundation and the key to staying warm and comfortable is dealing with moisture on the skin and moving it away. Merino is a super-performing product and because it's natural, it naturally repels body odours a lot longer than synthetics and you can basically wash and wear it because it holds its insulating quality even when wet, but dries out faster than synthetics. Merino is the Gold Standard in base layers, and these are gooood.
Again the same problem as the 220 tops. After a while ladders appear in the leggings and they sometimes form into holes. The are washed in a Bosch front loader on the wool setting and they just don't last
Very comfortable. Soft material. Great for sleeping in. An athletic fit. When worn beneath pants I found these do bind to the above layer, which I felt would likely lead to increased wear on the product if done often (noting that wool is not durable to abrasion).
First pair of merino longjohns after having tested out some tops recently. Can't go past merino for warmth and comfort. And the sale price was a bonus! Thought I had better not share a photo π
So far so good. Only used a dozen or so times so far. Great to have out on the bibbulmun on the colder nights. Comfy, not to heavy. Takes the edge off the cold. No durability issues so far.
Great product 100% wool. Warm and doesnβt smell. My husband wears them for 4 days before I wash them.
