The old 5 zip pocket Drift Shorts were just about the perfect travel shorts. Quick dry and no wrinkles. The 5 zips provided wonderful security for everything I carried. Bring back the other two zips for 5 star travel shorts

Brilliant shorts for travel and wear in hot climate. Lower zip pockets perfect for phone or passport when travelling. Nice and cool in hot, humid climate. Stays fresh and doesn’t smell after several days use without a wash. Cleans easily on the go and dries quickly. Sizing accurate. Will be buying another pair in a different colour to replace older shirts.

Really good shorts. Great, comfortable, functional fit and fabric. The fit is almost great but the waist is slightly too snug. The sizing is waaay off, though. I'm lean and always a 34. However in these shorts I'm a 36 (actually more like a 37 with the snug waist). I'd definitely recommend these shorts, though.
I got this shirts and a pair of shorts, nothing much to say, excellent quality as usual and very prompt service. I was so impressed I ordered the same items in different colours 24hrs after the first ones arrived so I know have 2 shirts, 2 shorts and I’m set for my summer of trekking.Thanks Macpac
Possibly the best shorts I've ever owned for bushwalking. They are light weight, a great cut and good fit. The pockets are well placed and useful. I have tried lots of other shorts from various brands and these are definitely my favourites - I bought two pairs.
Really great shorts. Most of these type of shorts are not cut for middle-aged Dad-bods, and whilst I usually wear a large, I found I had to go a size up after trying them on in store. I'm 92kg and 179cm and found the XL fitted perfectly. I like to put my iphone in the leg pocket of my cargo shorts, and it fits perfectly. I have spent a long time looking for the perfect light weight, quick drying travel/casual shorts, and these are the best I've found. After trying in store, I bough one of each colour online when I got home.
I have owned 2 pairs of these shorts previously that have only just fallen apart after 10 years (literally while I was wearing them).They are a great fit and comfortable to wear. As well as being very durable. I have also purchased a pair of Macpac MTB shorts in the same material for this reason.
Good travel shorts. Quick dry and no ironing needed. The old version with 5 zip pockets was worth 5 stars. A shame the new version has fewer zip pockets and a more limited colour range.
The sizing has changed by about 3 cm overall around the waist. I have brought multiple pairs of these shorts over the last few years. The two black pairs I have brought this year are both considerably smaller.
