It's a good fit and washes/dries easily. It's really functional, light and not too bulky. I thought it was going to be a bit warmer. Better for spring and autumn than winter

So far so good! Always loved the brand, we'll see in time how this goes. I got a medium, but it is a large medium. All good, but maybe not if you want a slim line vest.

Great puffer vest. Suits a wide range of temperatures and is very comfortable. Hood keeps back up of the neck nice and warm and it packs away into its inside pocket! Really recommend!
I'll start by saying that this vest does a fantastic job of providing warmth, and it's most certainly comfortable. However it is plain to see that Macpac had to build the v2 down to a price, and it has lost a lot of the premium feel the v1 had. To be clear, the down is still great, and thankfully responsibly sourced.Here are the changes I have noted:- Shell material in v1 was premium Pertex Microlight material, and now it's some plain stuff- Inside of collar in v1 was fully lined, but now only the edge along the top part of the zip is lined- Zip flap (the part that covers the zip all the way down used to be lined, but not any longer- Zip pulls used to be premium plastic and looked the part, but are now just some cord knotted to the metal zip.- For the vest: ... MoreI'll start by saying that this vest does a fantastic job of providing warmth, and it's most certainly comfortable. my dad likes vests so got him the Halo vest in 2tone blue to wear while he is having cancer treatment to keep his back and chest area warm and he loves it wears it for every visit and calls it his therapy vest. Its summer here but he cant afford to get a chill going to and from the car etc. nice colours not too bright for an older man and fits really well. All my family have the halo jackets in black and I recently bought a halo jacket for my mum in the earth red and she loves it. I love my Men's Halo Hooded Vest , Sizing is Spot for me ,the Price (On Sale) Awesome and the fact it had a Hood was the Clincher for me especially the fact the Hood isn't detachable . I be coming back to Buy another , now my only choice for a Vest. For any Woman looking at the Men's Halo Range great Fit re extra Length and if you need a slightly more relaxed fit for Shoulders and Chest like myself this is the Perfect Vest .
I had a tshirt, a jumper and the halo vest on. I'm sorry to say that I'm very disappointed as it didn't protect me from the cold even inside chadstone.Light and comfortable to wear which is all I can say.I suggest get northface or Kathmandu.

Ordered on a whim. I really didn't realise I had gotten vests until the confirmation email came through.Great quality, long lasting, no snagging in the seams thankfully! Nice and warm keeps the chill off your back.
