BCF had this item on sale, great quality at a great price and in stock. I find it is always worthwhile to shop locally, where clothing and equipment can be tried on or examined. Especially when the gear wanted is not cheap but is high quality and affordable.

A few years back, I bought a Cederberg almost identical to these Macpac pullovers and liked the style and weight of the material (not too heavy). Can't remember where I bought it, so when I saw these at BCF, I bought two (the mustard and the green). The only thing I am not fond of with these are the extra-long sleeves with thumb-holes. A "feature" I would never take advantage of.
Light weight, fast drying & warm. Bought for a trip to tasmania as a layer under the rain jacket and it was perfect. Reasonably slim fit though so I couldn’t fit many layers under it. MacPac gear has lasted in the past so I reckon this should too but at a glance the zips don’t seem that heavy duty - time will tell.
I bought two of the Macpac Men's Tui Polartec® Micro Fleece® Pullovers recently to replace similar items bought many years ago. I have worn the original items each winter and sometime just when I felt a chill. They have never failed me, unfortunately they were finally after over ten years of use starting to show their age. The new ones are a perfect replacement and after a month of wearing them I am very happy with them. I really do recommend these products as they will exceed your requirements as a warming layer.
Perfect, as described and fits likes a glove. It will form a fantastic mid-layer on my hikes.
Spot on perfect, it really does keep you warm. Working at night pushing water around in the Gail force winds is normally the worst part of my job, but this jacket is quite good.
Have had this jumper for the past 6 months and have taken camping, hiking and even mountain biking. Good at getting you warm quickly and keeping it that way and also doubles up as a great glasses cleaner with the material it is made of. Would highly recommend.
Brought this top at Club Special price. It is warm, fits well and manufactured to a high quality. The garment is easy to wash, quick to dry, maintains it’s shape and light to pack. I like this product.
