The Pursuit is at home amongst exposed pitches and delicate cruxes. It's fully-featured to take on alpine climbs and it's built from our Eco AzTec 8 oz canvas. This tightly-woven fabric pairs polyester with organic cotton and treats it with a wax coating to offer lightweight durability and weather resistance. You can expect it to continue to wear in, and a tough Cordura base adds plenty of abrasion resistance. Our frameless ActiveX harness balances lightweight flexibility and support above the snowline, and it was designed in collaboration with the New Zealand Alpine Team (NZAT). It uses moulded and laminated closed-cell foams in the back panel to reduce moisture absorption and freezing potential. One piece also doubles as a removable bivvy mat. The main compartment has a large top zip opening and a top compression strap with a tension hook for securing rope over the top. A smaller zipped pocket holds small essentials within arm's reach. Side pockets and compression straps let you adjust the pack's volume to suit your needs, and attach snow stakes and other gear to the sides. Dual ice axe attachments, daisy chains and 'V' webbing loops keep tools secure on the move. Ideal for all your alpine pursuits.
