Good quality tenders that live up to their name. Kept their tenderness well after gentle frying, and tasted good. But if you want a second opinion, my neighbours' cats both came to my screen door while I was cooking the tenders and meowed at me until I threw them one. They must have been enjoying the smell of the cooking tenders, and they apparently loved the taste too! So the tenders get a five star plus eight paw rating. My only qualm was that the customers in the store on the day I collected the product weren't as good at following the covid rules as the staff were. Delicious low fat chicken. Grabbed a nice pack of tenderloins, I don't normally eat these (we're a thigh family) so excited to try. Made: Australian free range chickens. Doesn't get any better than that, tasty, local, and less guilt to boot. No added hormones is nice too. Packaging: Comes in a range of weights, ours was 660g and had a use by date of 8 days from when I picked it up which is handy. The tray is recyclable. Look: These really did look juicy and fresh, great pink colour and neatly arranged. Upon opening pleased to see no hidden fat chunks underneath, you really get lean with the loins!Taste: Being so low on fat these needed to be cooked for only a short amount of time. You wouldn't want to overcook them I assume they would end up dry, but could be wrong there. I slapped these in a wrap with beans, avo, spring onion, corn and lemon. Delicious!Price: You get what you pay for, at $19. 50 per kilo this is the top end of the chook, and to be honest probably a little bit pricey to be a regular in our house. Buy again?: Maybe. The price is not unreasonable for the quality but not great when you're on a budget. I will definitely consider it for my lunch wraps (stuff the kids )Overall: Winner winner chicken dinner. Thanks Woolies!

Good. Expensive. I have tried these in the past when I wanted a conveniently packed product and my Woolies don’t often have tenderloins in the deli section. They are generally cheaper to buy from the deli rather than prepacked but the deli ones are not organic. As with all chicken, the price of these has risen this year. I am unlikely to purchase the macro tenderloins over the non organic tenderloins as I don’t notice any difference in taste. Though I would rather purchase organic, I generally can’t justify the additional cost, for no noticeable improvement in flavour. In addition to the free sample, on this occasion I purchased a couple more packets as I was cooking for the family - I coated the tenderloins with Panko crumb, fried them and served with sushi rice ... MoreGood. The chicken was fine. Apart from the inflated cost of this product I can’t find anything negative about it. I have taken off one star for the high price per kilo.

Fresh and convenient ready to use. Liked the packaging and looked like something I wanted to purchase. Being Macro free range thought it would have to be of high quality and it was. Loved the fact that they were fresh, plump and great color. Super easy to prepare as size was great with no need to cut etc. I lightly seasoned with sweet paprika, kosher salt and pepper, then lightly fried as wanted to really taste the chicken and was not disappointed. Was high in quality and taste. Hubby loved the tenderloins, said it tasted like a quality tasty meal out. The quality was shown as the tenderloins only needed a couple of seasonings for such a superior taste. Quite pricey though at over $19. 00 a kilo. The quality is better then then other chicken in the supermarket/deli, however the butcher has just as good a quality if not better. Also the butcher is far cheaper. At this price would only purchase again if short on time as preparation already done. I think this would attract many more customers, however the price will be an issue for many.

Terrific Tenderloins. I don't buy Macro branded products often, so really appreciate this sensational sample of fabulous fresh food. Thanks a bunch, bunch. I found these Certified Free Range 100% Australian chicken tenderloins quite easily. They were waiting for me in the Woolies chiller, and were located near the vast array of prepackaged fresh chicken products. The Macro branded tenderloins stood out in their brightly coloured green tray. The tenderloin pieces were easy to inspect through the clear plastic film covering the recyclable plastic tray. ♻️I had to use a sharp knife to separate the plastic cover from the tray. I wasn't sure about the RED-cyclability of the plastic film, so with great reluctance, ended up placing it in the bin. Is the clear plastic film ... MoreTerrific Tenderloins. I wasn't sure about the RED-cyclability of the plastic film, so with great reluctance, ended up placing it in the bin. Is the clear plastic film RED-cyclable? I really don't know. My sample weighted 581g, and was the heaviest tray I could find in the chiller - I wanted to get my Woolies worth! I did not see any item weighing anywhere near 750g (the upper weight limit of this sample). Upon opening the product 3 days before its use by date, the tenderloins smelt fresh and were moist and lovely in appearance. Their beautiful light pink colour was very appealing. I rinsed the tenderloins, patted them dry with paper towel, and placed them in a bowl, ready for seasoning with a sprinkling of salt and a few grinds of cracked pepper. My plan was to ask hubby to cook them on the barbecue - I didn't think the tenderloins needed any messy marinades. I wanted to keep things simple, so we could taste the quality of the free range tenderloins, without any added flavours. The pieces of tenderloin were similar in size, which was awesome, because all the chicken cooked evenly and at the same time. There were no undercooked bits, or dry fillets. Feeling satisfied, I smiled. With the use of some mellow Spanish olive oil, the tasty chicken tenderloins cooked to perfection - in only 10 minutes. The aroma emanating from the barbecue was making us drool, and we couldn't wait to tuck in to our lovely lunch!I let the tasty tenderloins rest for a few minutes before assembling some yummy sandwiches. The tenderloins were succulently moist and juicy. They were lean, tender, and beautifully tasty, with no added hormones. Hubby found one tiny bit of gristle, but that's because I didn't bother to trim anything. The chicken is Australian grown. It's Certified Free Range, meaning the chooks had access to the great outdoors. It makes me happy to know the animals were treated well at the farm. At $19. 50 per kilo, these aren't the most budget friendly tenderloins, but it is normal for free range products to cost more than the more regular alternatives. Would I buy these terrific tenderloins again? Quite possibly - if I find them on special or significantly marked down. These terrific tenderloins are versatile - they can be used in wraps, burgers, pizza, satay skewers, stir fry, or crumbed and turned into irresistibly tasty cheese and herb chicken bites. These tasty tenderloins are definitely worth a try. Bon appetit, bunchees!

They smelled fresh and were very moist. The Chickens are Certified Free Range where the Chickens have access to the outdoors to stretch their little legs and NO Added Hormones- yay! The price point of $19. 50/kg is fairly average for Macro products. The Chickens in this product are 100% Australian grown. So this product gets 5 Stars from me for its versatility, freshness and value. Thank you WW and @bunchteam for the sample. We love this product and will buy again.

Quality Free Range Chicken Tenderloins. These Free Range Chicken Tenderloins are so juicy, tender and full of flavour.
