Macro Hemp Seed Protein Powder Protein Powder 200g

Hemp seeds for life! Technically a nut hemp seeds are packed with omega-3 and other healthy fatty acids and nutrients. I purchase this exact same product regularly and add the hemp seeds ro my breakfast bowl yogurt smoothie brownies and most recently my home made rocky road! The kids absolutely love it. Hemp seeds are so versatile with its nutty flavour and crunchiness. Highly recommend everyone to try hemp seeds and incorporate this goodie in their diets!

Very good natural protein supplement. I mixed a small amount into my black coffee. There was no noticable flavour change so it was a good way to get some extra protein. My husband mixed two teaspoons with a glass of milk and it made a nutty / sesame flavoured drink. Not too bad a bit gritty but probably in line with most other protein powders. I mixed some in with my latest batch of bao buns dough and it did not change the flavour but gives an extra bit of nutrition to the bread.

Protein Boost. This was a new concept for me. The flavour was not overpowering in my smoothie although I was expecting it to be as any hemp products I have tried in the past were very strong. what I would like to see is additional serving information as the package assumes prior knowledge of protein powders. Extra information on alternative uses other than smoothies would be helpful. Is it suitable to add to baked products - recipes would be good. All Australian is a great.

Looks small but goes a long way. I love this hemp protein powder. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and contains no artificial colours flavours or preservatives. The pack says that it contains 6 serving of 30g which if using in smoothies or baking seems quite a lot. I made a smoothie using this the other day and I only added 2 tablespoons which was enough to give it a slight nutty taste and that gives roughly 4g protein and 2g fibre. At $8 per bag I consider this to be a good price compared to other protein powders and I will definitely use it again.

Powerhouse ingredient! Wow Hemp is an absolute All Star!! So good for you and has so many added benefits!! I found adding this to my smoothie in the morning kept me fuller for longer. The natural protein source is also a complete protein source making them an excellent choice to make sure you're getting all of the amino acids your body needs to function. I'd definitely buy this again. It does need to be mixed with something though as the taste is a bit weird. But I'm sure it's something I'd get used to over time!

One for my Sons. I had never heard of this product before however my adult sons who both go to the gym buy protein so after I tried it I gave them the rest of the sample to try and whilst they both enjoyed it they said the package size was too small for them (they buy huge tubs). I had no idea how to use this for myself initially but I wanted to try a little for the review so I read fellow Bunchee reviews for ideas (thank you guys) and decided to put it in a shake. It was okay the colour was nice and there was no flavour (which is also a positive thing as I didn’t want it to over power the fruit taste) but this is not something I would buy. In saying that there would definitely be a market for this product and it is clearly a quality product.

Nutty and actually quite nice. After the gym I love my optimum nutrition French vanilla protein powder. Not because it makes me huge but it's a delicious reward after going to the gym. YUM!So I was pretty keen to try this hemp seed protein powder just for something different. And it sure is different. I just mixed it in my mixer cup like I'd do with my other protein powder. It mixed well but was a bit... grainy as I drunk it. Not unpleasant but just something to watch out for. It tastes strangely dry at first but it has a really delicious nutty flavour to it! I'd recommend mixing this in with a shake or smoothie or... I think it would be sensational in a home-made nut bar. Maybe even delicious enough to inspire me to actually make one!

Superfood at Supermarket Price. Great to discover that Woolworths is stocking a 'super food' at a 'super price!!' The added bonus is that the hemp seeds are grown in Australian. Hemp seeds are not a new hyped-up marketing gimmick - the use and benefits of hemp seed as a medicine and as a food source have been well known for thousands of years. Hemp protein powder is rich in omega-3 and 6 fatty acids which are linked to good cardiovascular health by assisting to protect the heart help to maintain lean body mass and maintain brain function. It also contains compounds that promote antioxidant activity in the body. It is a great healthy addition to breakfast cereals and milkshakes. l highly recommend this product as a value packed health supplement.

Fantastic! Best available! This product is so easy to use and has a nutritional panel which is so much better compared to Coles and other brands available. Bonus that the price point is great aswell. This product is something I purchase regularly I didn’t receive a free sample but wanted to let bunchees know that if you’re looking for something to mix into sauces bircher oats or porridge smoothees or anything you bake? Then this is the product you want. Such an easy way to add protein without bulking up whatever culinary creation has inspired you. 10/10!

Used it while baking. I found this product ok I probably would not buy it though. I usually don't like any sort of protein powders added to milk shakes or juices so I used it in a banana bread which is not very healthy. It didn't have any unpleasant flavours and was fine it did make the batter browner but nothing offensive. I don't think I would benefit from this product if I only like it when mixed with cake! But appreciate the opportunity to try it.
