I am obsessed with this Banana Bread mix - it's the perfect snack and tastes exactly like normal banana bread. Delicious with a little butter! Only thing I would say is that I need to bake this for much longer than the recommended (using a good oven). My recommendation would be to bake it for the first 20 minutes with aluminium foil over the top and then remove the foil after 20 mins to allow the top to brown without burning :)

I have no idea how this has so many five star reviews because it is disgusting. The mixture was extremely sticky and almost impossible to get into the pan. I then cooked it for 15 minutes longer than advise and it was still raw! On top of this, it has an overwhelming fake banana flavour to it and tastes strongly of stevia. Terrible.

I love this one! I even used silken tofu as a substitute for the added banana, and it turned out great. It's quite dense (could have been because of the tofu but thats just how I like banana bread anyway) and keeps so well in the fridge. Love how easy it is to prepare and how quickly it bakes. Another win!

I wanted to love this but it really was not it! I’m not sure if I added too much milk (though I followed the instructions exactly) but the bread refused to cook all the way through! Recipe said 30-35 minutes, after 50 mins I figured maybe it was still slightly gooey on the bottom because it just needed to cool. Cut it open to discover this was not the case - back in oven on repeat for 10 minutes increments 3 times over before I gave up and cut it into crumbling slices to bake them all individually. After all of that, the taste was pretty artificial and honestly made me feel a bit sick! Not my best experience with macro Mike products that’s for sure!!
I love this because it is not too sweet and tastes just as banana bread should be. I don’t feel I’m compromising taste at all opting for this healthier version. Only issue I had was the middle of the loaf looked like it still needed more time in the oven (a bit gooey/mushy still) despite going over the recommended baking time by nearly 10 minutes. Was it meant to be fan forced? It was in conventional setting as instructions didn’t say fan forced. I will definitely buy this again but next time I will add walnuts and bake using fan-forced or use the shallower silicone baking tray on conventional to see if the middle will bake better.
I am obsessed! This is so so delicious. I love the choc chips and it honestly is a game changer, I have been having it for an afternoon snack in the office, warmed a little in the microwave with peanut butter. Everyone is jealous cos it smells incredible.
I think this would have been a hit if not for the added artificial tasting banana flavour and overpowering sweetner. For this one you add an actual banana to the mix so to add the lolly banana flavour makes it really gross because fake banana flavour and real bananas don‚Äôt mix well for me. Similar issue to the Blondies, there is FAR too much erythritol sweetener added to it so it just tastes like the sweetener and that awful added banana flavour. However, the rest of the ingredients are excellent and this would have been great if not for the added sweetener and flavourings. If you love banana lollies though, this is the perfect mix for you and an excellent cleaner dessert (or any other snack of the day üòè) choice. Sadly, really not for me.
TThe banana bread is really tasty, tastes like a freshly made banana bread, you wouldn't know it's from a pack. For some reason my bread took double the time to cook and was still a bit gooey in the centre. I think it's to do with my wet ingredients measurements so make sure your exact. Flavour is very nice so would definitely buy again and give it another go!
Super easy to mix and bake and tastes waaay better than sugar filled slices from the Cafe. I added a bit too much liquid so texture was a bit squishier but I froze some slices and it toasted up well! Keen to try making mini loaves next time.
Love it! Taste is delicious & sweet which is perfect for an after dinner before bed dessert. Texture is a little wet, so I added 2 eggs and a splash of milk instead of just milk and it came out much more cakey If your not strictly vegan I'd highly recommend using 1 or 2 eggs.
