Healthy vinegar. For me, I enjoyed the plastic bottle as it doesn't break. The flavour is strong but it is vinegar. I went back to the vinegar section before writing this review and am shocked that organic apple cider vinegars are not made in Australia. They are all imported. The only one that is Australian made is not organic.

The Price has dropped to $3. 50 for 500ml, and Organic!!!! Really like this for a change in my salad dressings it has a bit of a zing to it and its Organic, which is great!!!The Woolworths Macro range, in general seem to be more than comparable to other brands and of a high quality. Its also great in marinades, particularly for spare ribs with bbq sauce or when you marinate chicken wings try putting a splash of this in, its awesome!!!!!!I like using it in this Salad dressing 2 cloves of garlic, 2/3 cup of Apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of virgin olive oil, 2 tsps. of chilli sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 dsp of manuka honey, I lemon zested, 2 tsp of Dijon mustard, place in blender with a few grinds of Himalayan pink salt and cracked black pepper- its yum!!!!!!

Vinegar with mother culture. I am very happy with the tangy flavour of this vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is very versatile and has a number of health benefits. The flaky bits at the bottom of the bottle is the mother, the culture that converts apple juice into vinegar. I left an empty bottle with about 1/2 a cm of vinegar with this culture at the bottom and pushed it to the back of the cupboard. I now have a grown mother that I will feed with apple juice to make apple cider vinegar. Ive already done it with balsamic vinegar. Its a very slow process, I just love experimenting making my own. Anyway I diverse, Im happy with this product and buy often.

Perfect for my needs. I use Apple Cider Vinegar in two of my favourite recipes. Broccoli Salad (a Bunch recipe) and Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken. I read on Bunch that it’s best to get one that states ‘with the mother’. I can’t remember why!It is packed in Australia. It doesn’t say where the product was produced. The last time I bought Apple Cider Vinegar I picked up Cornwell’s for no particular reason. Looking at the bottle it doesn’t say where it was produced or packed. It is also organic. Both the Macro Apple Cider Vinegar and Cornwall’s are a similar price and they both are equally suitable for my needs. I am happy to buy the Macro one when I run out.

Best bacteria I've ever tasted! I'm new to this whole "apple cider vinegar" craze and approached this sample with mixed feelings and some healthy scepticism. I had heard this product was good for health, weight loss and to dissolve gallstones. Although I cannot comment on any of those theories. I can say this.. It tasted much better than I expected. I followed the serving suggestion of having it with water and honey and found it surprisingly palatable. I also took this in the morning instead of my coffee and did find it did the trick. So will continue to use and see if there are any health benefits. Based on the taste, I can recommend it in salad dressings and for homemade pickles and relishes. As I don't ever use vinegar for anything except cleaning - I absolutely hate salad dressings and the like - I'm not used to the taste and so approached this sample with caution! Most recommendations seem to be for a tablespoon of this product in water - I thought that was way too much for me to start with so just put a small amount in the glass, filled with water and tasted, and I have to say - yuk! Even that small amount was a bit overpowering but I persevered. I think it must be an acquired taste so will keep on drinking it, gradually increasing the amount a little. Great Priced Organic ACV. I was pleasantly surprised with this Apple Cider Vinegar given it is organic and is with the mother. I found the taste slightly milder than the brand I normally buy which made it perfect for ACV drinks and salad dressings. I did expect to see glass packaging but I don’t think the plastic bottle impacted on the taste or quality. It was good to see that both the bottle and cap can be recycled, however my preference would be glass. At $3. 50 for 500 ml it’s more than two times times cheaper than my usual brand.

As to be expected this product has a cloudy appearance as it has the ‘mother’ a mixture of minerals, enzymes and bacteria. Taste is tart which is expected. Uses include vinaigrette, sauces, marinades. Its is packed in Australia from imported ingredients it is such as shame it is not made using Australian apples. i have given this a 3 star rating based upon the fact that overseas apples have been used and mainly because it is in a plastic bottle.
