Versatile. First up these are packed in Italy from imported ingredients. Can is recyclable, and is supposed to be ring pull, but when I tried to open it the ring pull broke off so had to open it with the can opener, wasn't impressed with that. Has a 5 HSR = goodIt's a source of fibre, not added salt which is another tick. It's ACO certified organic. At $1. 50 a can that's a good price for something healthy. I wanted to make something different with them then just adding to bulk up a meal or do a dip with them, so visited my friend Mr Google and found a Carrot Walnut Muffin recipe and have to say they turned out okay, next time they will be better as I'll remember to add the oil to the recipe and I'll also add extra baking powder so they rise better. Food mapping? Packed in Italy from imported ingredients. This can of cannellini beans was convenient and value for money. We like cannellini beans because they are a "creamy" bean that is particularly good to use in stews, soups, curries, and an array of slow cook/pressure-cooked meals. This product didn't disappoint. They were soft and creamy and we used them in a summer salad. The only thing that concerned us was the lack of food mapping. The label lists ingredients as organic cannellini beans (60%) water. Then the label also states packed in Italy from imported ingredients. The lack of information about where these beans have originated from, or the fact they are certified organic to certain standards is a concern to us. Ok. Cannellini beans are not my favourite bean but I buy them occasionally to add to an Italian salad. They’re generally a bit mushier than other beans and don’t have much flavour. I prefer tinned beans in salted water as I find they seem to be firmer so wouldn’t normally buy these no added salt organic Woolies beans as I prefer name brand (with salt) over home brand.. The tin looks really dull and unappealing, so it wouldn’t attract my attention on shelf. They tasted fine, not much else to say. Packed in Italy from imported ingredients. Imported from where? Great beans that can be used in a variety of ways. These are very tasty beans. Smooth, soft and creamy they make a great addition to many recipes. I used them in a mixed bean salad and they worked a treat. The can contains just beans and water and have great nutritional value. High in fibre, low in sugars, fats and sodium makes these a very healthy addition to your kitchen pantry. Great used in soups and stews, salads and used to make dips and mash. These are one of my favourite beans. One half a cup of beans is one serving of your daily intact of vegetables. My only complaint is that I don't know exactly where they are from. A great product but I still wish they would put where the beans are actually grown on the tin... And yes I would but again and have bought them before.

Makes a great creamy dip. Cannellini beans are a great source of protein and fibre with minimal calories- 76cals per 75g. I am a regular purchaser of Cannellini beans, they are fabulous for bulking up meals, be it meat dishes or vegetarian dishes. They make a great addition to a salad too. But my favourite way of using these beans is as a dip or a spread. Just drain the can and add the beans to a food processor, add some olive oil, lemon rind and juice, and some parsley. Blend until a creamy consistency is achieved. Place into a serving bowl and drizzle with some more olive oil. I like veggie sticks with mine but if you are entertaining pair with some corn chips and biscuits. This dip also works well as a spread instead of using margarine or butter. Such a versatile product. I usually buy the dried version, then soak, cook and freeze them, so I was very pleased to receive this sample and bypass all that work!I drained this can of beans and added them to the filling for a vegetarian cottage pie. At other times I've used my frozen and thawed ones in the mash on top of the pie- just mash along with the potatoes. Cannellini are such a versatile bean, as they don't have a strong flavour of their own. They can be added to minestrone, to salads, stews, mince dishes, and so much more! They provide protein and fibre, and are great for stretching meals. Only $1. 50 for a can of organic produce is great value. Thank you Bunch, I appreciate the sample, and highly recommend it!

Really like the cannellini beans. I first noticed the beans were a nice size, not too big, they are nice and soft, but they still have texture, great combination, therefore they can be super versatile. The flavor is nice, of course with no added salt, they are not salty. The quality is great, they are creamy, they are so easy to use. I made beans with a bit of onion, garlic, chili, tomato's, smoked paprika, I really enjoyed them. These beans are so quick and convenient to have for a quick and healthy meal or side dish. I can use these beans in just about anything because they are softer than others, just open the tin and use them, no soaking. These beans kept their shape. It is just beans and water, no additives, a tick, 5-star rating, a tick, excellent source of fiber, a tick, certified organic, a tick, too good. I am definitely going back to buy more of these cannellini beans. Now that I have tried them, I will be buying these from now. I am so glad I tried them.

Instead, I turned the tin upside down and used a can-opener to get it open. - Although only 60% beans, the can looked chock full. There really wasn't much liquid to drain off at all. I placed the beans into a sieve and gently washed them under the kitchen tap. Although not necessary to rinse them, I always prefer to do so. (I have used tinned cannellini beans previously)- Something I would like to see on cans of these beans and similar products, is mention that they are already cooked/part cooked/steamed etc.... Something just to let consumers now that they are ready to eat as is. - I decided to put them into a dish of curried sausages that I had made for dinner. As the beans already looked quite mushy and broken, I made sure to only add them in the last few minutes of cooking. I then stirred them through VERY gently, as they looked like they would disintegrate if was too rough with them. It only took a few minutes for the beans to warm through. - I tasted the beans before and after adding them to the dish that I made. They tasted lovely but their texture was a let down. They were quite soggy and broken Overall: - I would definitely buy these beans again as I love that they are 'no added salt' and they are organic. However work needs to be done on making sure the ringpull is strong enough not to break and perhaps something done about the mushy texture. One star off for broken ringpullOne star off for texture

Enjoyable & Nutritious! Easy to use in multiple dishes including salads. I used them in a vegetable curry with carrots, potatoes, zucchini and cherry tomatoes which was delicious. They add a beautiful texture to the dish and a bonus that they are full of fibre. Love that they have ‘no added salt’ and are organic with a special certification of organic on the label. Surprised that they were priced at $1. 50 for 425g when the Edgell brand is $1. 90 for 400g with no mention of no added salt and not organic either. I like the packaging too. The photo of the beans is a good photo and the colours of the font and label are good too. Maybe just a little too many different font types on the one label. 5 star health rating too! Other than that Definitely would recommend!
