Lovely in a curry. I did a clean out of excess vegies in my fridge and made a quick old fashioned style Keen's curry wirh my leftover sausages. I added in the beautifully smooth and creamy macro coconut cream. It is different to those creams from Asia which tend to have a heavy clump of coconut on one end of the tin and coconut water at the other end. This was just smooth and creamy throughout. The end result was delicious and I will most definitely purchase this product again.

Not a favourite. Made in Thailand1. 5 HSRACO certified organic. 82% Coconut extract, water and thickener. 48% Saturated fat. Can is recyclable. Taste: I found the cream to be nice and thick, but it lacked aroma and taste for me. - very mild in flavour. I made a coconut chicken rice with the creamI usually buy coconut milk as it has less fat content. Not a future buy for me as I prefer my usual brand which is fragrant and flavourfulThank you Bunch for a great sample.

Good value. I use a lot of coconut cream and coconut milk. I do prefer the cream though. This one is nice and thick, creamy and great in stir fries, soups are so nice and thick, especially chicken soup. I also put into casseroles just to thicken up abit and creamy. I do like this product and it’s organic. Will purchase again.

Thick, Creamy, Versatile, Great Taste. Thank you Bunch for this lovely sample. This Macro Organic Coconut Cream was easily found with the other coconut creams and milks. It is certified Organic and at $2. 35 it is slightly more expensive than the other brands. The 400g can contains 82% coconut extract, the remaining 18% is water plus Organic thickener, there are No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Preservatives, the HSR is 1. 5. Great product. I picked up the macro coconut cream instead of the milk. I didn't realise it until I cooked @claudie13 cauliflower and pumpkin curry. I had the veggies mixed with the coconut cream and in the oven. I like the colour of the packaging. It's great there is ring pull and no need for a can opener. I only needed 200ml and 400ml of coconut milk so I decided to add water to the coconut cream It worked a treat. I was a bit worried I did the wrong thing. I don't usually use coconut cream and wasn't sure how to use it. I came across@claudie13 cauliflower and pumpkin curry. The aroma coming from the kitchen was amazing as the taste. I seasoned it with lemon pepper seasoning and lemon juice. served with a dollop of Greek yoghurt. I highly recommend trying this ... MoreGreat product. It's not Australian made. I would it again
Good to have on hand (especially if dairy free). I like this coconut cream, the flavour isn't super overwhelming (which can be the case if there is a added coconut extract). I keep this one hand for a few key recipes. I use it in the base of creamy curries, soups (like laksa or pumpkin soup), rice pudding, chia puddings, and sometimes porridge. It makes things gorgeously creamy. You can also split the can in half and add water to make it more like coconut milk.
Great value. I tend to buy the Macro range for a lot of my pantry staple items these days. I'm always looking for quality, natural, additive free ingredients. This coconut cream ticks my boxes in the way of price point for quality. There are no hidden nasties or filters which I really appreciate. It is creamy, thick and tasty. Performs exactly as it should when being used for recipes. I often use it for curries and most recently I used it in a cake recipe. Will definitely buy it again.
Weird Consistency. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Organic⭐️⭐️⭐️ for performance This wasn't a Bunch sample but did try the Macro Coconut Cream when I ran out of the usual brand I buy. I generally love the organic Macro range but this coconut was almost a too perfect creamy and weird texture. I try to avoid products with fillers like guar gum. Coconut cream is thick on its own and does not need a thickener. I made a mixed dahl with split peas and lentils. The overall result was like mush, despite adding extra water. A thicker consistency isn't needed for this recipe as lentils and peas thicken a dish on its own. Not sure about the 1. 5 health star rating and should be given more stars. Even some junk foods like sugary cereals are given more health stars . This product needs an ... This product needs an improvement and Woolies should source another coconut cream without the guar gum, water and offer a product that is 100% coconut. I won't use this coconut cream again.
So many uses :). This can of Coconut Cream is thick and creamy. The essential staple for any curry. Use it for creamy garlic prawns as the coconut flavour is not overpowering. Store it in the fridge for 24hrs and then whip it up with some powered cocoa for a dairy free chocolate mousse, it is soooo good. The design of the can is appealing, easy to open and for an organic product it is a great price. I will continue to buy this brand and product.
Great quality. I love cooking with coconut cream and this didn't disappoint. It's very thick and this means my Thai red curry ended up tasting like ones I'd buy from a restaurant, rather than being thinner like when I usually make it with coconut milk. It made for a deliciously creamy curry taste. Some other brands do have a higher percentage of coconut but I still really enjoyed this.
