Beneficial Beans. I drained and rinsed the beans to use in a Mexican inspired beef rice bowl. I normally boil my own beans but this sample held up quite well. They have a 5 ⭐️rating, are a great source of protein and are certified organic with no added salt, made up of 60% beans and water only. No can opener needed as the can has a ring pull. This product is packed in Italy from imported ingredients. Unfortunately it doesn't state where they originate from. I would highly recommend these beans if you need beans asap.

Love my Bean salads. I used these for a bean and chickpea salad. This 425g tin was easy to open and it was easily found with all the other canned beans etc on the supermarket shelf. Priced at $1. 50 which is more expensive than my usual brand I buy, but these kidney beans are organic hence the higher price. When drained, the beans were intact and firm. Recyclable can. Packed in Italy with imported ingredients. I probably wouldn't buy these again as the brand I buy are much cheaper and I am quite happy using my usual. Though My sister uses organic products so I will definitely recommend these to her. Thank for the chance to try, Bunch.

Great for mexican dishes. I always have a tin of these in my pantry for our weekly Mexican dish. They work in chilis, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, you name it, they're great for it! I find red kidney beans a bit more filling than black beans, and as these have no added salt there's no extra flavour to interfere with the Mexican spices. They're not mushy and have a great health rating, I would definitely recommend!

Great beans . These kidney beans were delicious in our nachos for dinner tonight. I drained and rinsed them and added to the meal at the end just to warm through. They held their shape well and tasted just like a bean should! I found the colour and texture perfect for our dish. These add a great fibre and protein boost to the meal. Plus are an additional serve of vegetables. They have a 5 star health rating. Are certified organic with no added salt, the ingredients are just beans and water which I usually look for. These are packed in Italy from imported ingredients. Can recyclable in normal household bin. Overall a great product which I always have in the pantry for a health boost to meals.

Not something I would normally buy. Easy to find in store & great price $ 1. 50. I normally do not buy red kidney beans but I really enjoyed the Woolworths Macro Organic Red Kidney Beans. Miss. High Fibre, pantry staple. This product was found in the canned vegetables aisle, 2nd shelf from the bottom. Priced at $1. 70, it is a good price for an organic product. No added salt, high in fibre and a great source of protein. HSR of 5. A great best before date of 31. 08. 2024. Ingredients were 60% organic Red Kidney beans and water. The product is packed in Italy from imported ingredients (source unknown), which is disappointing. The beans taste great. I used them in Nachos, tacos and vegetarian haystacks. I often sprinkle a few through my salads for work. My daughter uses them in vegetarian stacked, baked potatoes. A great, versatile product and very handy to keep in the pantry. Thank you Bunch for this sample.

Meat alternative. Although no one else eats these in my family, I love beans. This tin I used in a salad. After Xmas I needed to lose kilos so was eating a lot of bland healthy salads without dressings. The moistness of the beans made the salad less dry. They bought colour to the dish and I didn't feel hungry after eating my salad with kidney beans. I enjoyed the salad with beans. In saying this, this particular tin was a little overcooked And would have been more suited to a cooked dish such as Chile con carne. I prefer my beans to be less cooked but each tin can be different with the cooking process I would buy these again in future. They bring colour to any dish and are a good meat alternative and filling to eat

Great Value. Never knowingly had them before. Liked that they had no added salt. They are rather bland on their own. Love that I didn’t have to get the can opener out as it has a pull ring. The back of the packaging states ‘Once opened, empty contents into an airtight container, refrigerate at 1-4°C and use within 2 days. I personally would not be able to get through all of it. I had no trouble finding the red kidney beans in my local Woolworths store. Unfortunately, as I do not know which country/s of origin the red kidney beans came from I will not buy them in the future.

Good Option. Our family loves chilli con carne, so we buy red kidney beans often. I have never tried these one before, so was interested in giving them a go. The beans were easy to find in the tinned vegetable section with the other tinned beans. At $1. 50 for the 425 gram tin, they were okay value. They are almost twice the price of the regular Woolworths red kidney beans for the same size, so not sure if macro organic is worth this much more. With the ring pull lid, the tin was easy to open and then drain, and they are a good size bean. I like to cook my chilli for quite a while, bubbling away, and the beans stayed together well. They didn't go mushy. The beans went well with the chilli and tasted really good. Certified organic, no added salt, 5 star health ... MoreGood Option.
