Convenience. Brilliant! As a vegetarian, I use seeds on everything I can - soups, salads, stirfrys, cakes. I normally buy sunflower seeds and pepitas separately and then sprinkle them in individually but no more! This combination pack is genius and saves that little extra time we all need. Good one!

They are so versatile, you can also add them to salads or a topping for stir-frys to add a nutty flavour. No matter how you use them, they will add health and taste to any dish. The combination of seeds (despite only being two types), go well together and seem to complement each other and have the added bonus of being organic (coming from the Macro brand). I couldn't find this product at first so I read other reviews and a big thank you to @59cruiser for identifying where this product is located in the cakes/flour aisle. I use seeds all the time but hadn't tried this brand and mix. A great resealable pack and a long use by date plus 5 star. These seeds are full of healthy protein and fibre. They taste great on their own but if you are not a fan of just eating them, they are great added to smoothies, yoghurt, salads, muffins, homemade museli bars and breakfast cereal. Surprisingly satisfying. Great for when your on the go & feel a bit peckish or want to nibble. I take a small container of these to work my shift with me & generally have a small amount everytime I walk past my container. They keep me going & surprisingly I'm actually finding myself deliberately walking past my container more often lol. They great for a snack, healthy & keto friendly & easy to eat on their own or sprinkled over the top of other foods such as salads, cereals & muffins. They give that extra crunch beautifully.

Tasty, healthy, and versatile! I grabbed a bag of this seed mix last week, and I've used it several different ways already. I sprinkled them on top of a carrot cake, just to add a little crunch, and it was a really nice addition. I've also added them to my oatmeal, and they not only added flavor and texture, but also more protein. I love the packaging, with a design that allows the bag to stand up in the cupboard, and also with a resealable opening. The five star health rating is easily visible on the front, as is the nutritional information on the back. And it's great that the ingredients list only includes the two types of seeds. No additives or preservatives or anything else. It's all about the seeds. I can't wait to find even more ways to use this seed mix.
Super Nice & Healthy. The Macro brand of products are always very good quality with the added benefits of being super healthy for you with a 5* rating. I went to the Macro health section but l ended up finding it in the Macro 'cake' section - this has happened to me twice with samples - not where you think they are?. Also found it a little difficult as all the packaging is the same which is good for brand association but you have to read each and every label to find what you you are looking for. Ratio mix was very good and being such versatile nuts are good added to different hot/cold foods, snacks as well as additives to sweets. Price of $4. 50 is really good as a serving of the nuts go a long way. I will buy this product again.
Made into Muesli Bars. It took a while since I have purchased this to try it. I'm not a fan of eat the seeds on their own so decided to find a muesli bar recipe that would be nice with it. I like the fact it had the two different seeds in it, didn't have to buy separate packs. I did have a lot of trouble finding the product, tried about 4 different supermarkets and than had to ask for assistance in trying to find it and they also struggled as it wasn't with all the other macro products. End result of the muesli bar making is that I like them, would use them again in recipes and glad I got try them as it's something I would never have purchased.
