Product is ok, for what it is but would recommend the liquid rennet over the tablets, end up using more tablets to achieve the same results than if you used the liquid rennet.
I probably got some that haven't been stored properly as i need to use twice as much and leave it for hours to achieve a solid curd. Would probably not buy online again.
Easy processing and great final product. Not to be very experience for using this, and result will be always satisfactory.
if you love haloumi then buy these along with 2 litres of milk and make your own!i was inspired by a thermomix recipe that i found but i'm sure you can make on the stove too.

As an amateur cheese maker it seems to succesfully make all sorts of cheeses like halloumi, yum!
I bought rennet tablets to make haloumi - a cheese I've made many times with Rennet from elsewhere. I bought the non-homogenised milk I always do, followed the recipe as normal, dissolved the tablet in bottled, non-chorinated water, added it to the milk and it didn't set. Not one bit. I reheated the milk and tried a second tablet. Same result. Total waste of money on the tablets, the milk that I also bought, and the time that I spent trying to make it. Not happy!
