Flimsy, bowed piece of plastic. It didn’t sit flat in drawer, & expanding sides were curved not straight making it look even more ill fitting. For the price I was expecting something of quality. I returned it & found a much better on in kmart for $7!,

I thought the expanding mechanism would be slide in/out but it’s actually a bit more manual - you have to pull the pieces apart and then connect them together in the size you want. Apart from that minor inconvenience it’s a solid cutlery tray.

The wrapper is mislabeled. It indicates that when expanded, the unit will measure 20.9 x 12.9, which will fit nicely into a 14" deep standard drawer. But the actual measurement is 20.0 x 15.1, which will not fit. So be careful!

This tray was perfect for our needs. It sits in a drawer under the cooktop in our new kitchen and holds all of the utensils we regularly use to cook.The way it expands did not look like it would hold together to me on first glance but now that it sits in the drawer, there has been no issues.A great item I would buy again.
Love the non-skid! It stays put in the drawer and the items stay put in the organizer. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a fifth star is the fact that the expandable sides have specific intervals where they snap together rather than sliding freely, so there are only a limited number of width options.
I just got this in an online order and I’m really disappointed with it. To expand the side pieces, you need to literally pull it apart - and there isn’t an easy way to do that. Once I got the pieces apart, I saw that some of the connectors had broken off into the holes. It seems like a sturdy tray, and I like their junk drawer organizer, but the expandable tray is a miss. They should’ve made the sides as sliding pieces. I’ll be returning this.
I purchased two of these for our silverware and mostly used utensils in our odd shaped drawers. One we use with the knives in one area, dinner forks in one end and salad forks in the other end, soup spoons in one end and teaspoons in the other, and all the extra serving spoons, grapefruit spoons, iced tea spoons, and children's sets in the last slot. The slots are deep and wide and work perfectly. The other tray is used for often used knives, can opener, wooden spoons, serving pieces, etc., for easy organization. The second one we were able to expand one extra slot so these worked for us and I certainly recommend them. The hold silverware for a service of 12 easily. This cutlery tray is a good size to fit all my utensils, and I love that it can be extended to suit my drawer size. The non-slip on the bottom of the cutlery tray ensure's your utensils don't slide every time you open your drawer, and the tray doesn't slide within the drawer either. Feels like a good quality tray that will last.
Really pleased with my very organised utensil drawer. The unit was easy to expand and is obviously easy to clean. It would work in several drawers in our kitchen so reorganisation not a problem
Obviously 1 item isn’t going to perfectly fit every person’s cutlery draw but this is close. I like the material used and the ease of removing the tray to clean. My only recommendation to the manufacturer would be to use more holes so that people have more choice with the width expansion. It would also be beneficial if the length of the tray could be adjusted as well. It’s the best cutlery tray that I’ve ever used 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
