The size is very deceptive because I can pack all my stuff in it and the 3 compartments allows me easy access to the items I want instead of searching high and low for them. The wide strap allows me to carry the bag crossbody without hurting my shoulder as bags with thin straps do.This is one of the best handbags I have bought and I hope to get many years of use out of it.

Handle has snapped near the clasp and my bag and contents fell on the floor. For the cost of the bag and the time I’ve had it, I wouldn’t expect this to occur. Very disappointing.

I am very happy with my purchase however I find the strap is a bit wide causing it to weigh down on my shoulder. I also wish the material was a bit softer.Other than those minor issues I am very happy with the various compartments and the size of the bag.
Lovely bag. However as it's quite narrow at the top, designing the bag with side zips will make it more easily accessible inside.
The light gold metal as described for this bag online is in fact far more silver in appearance. It is particularly noticeable against the Madison logo badge and the zip so very disappointing considering the price of the bag.
I had this bag for two years! It has lasted well except for the edges of the strap now fraying. My only complaint is that it is a little deep so easy to loose things in it, but it's still a great medium sized bag.
