As a sufferer of nocturnal cramp, magnesium supplement is part of the normal medication protocol. My GP recommended up to 2 tablets 3 times a day. It is the difference between a good night sleep or broken sleep. This brand is significantly cheaper than the original manufacturer including postage.

It's Great For Those Who Have Heart Issues, That's Prescribed By The Specialist, But Also, It's Helped With My Leg & Feet Muscle Spasms & Cramps That I Was Getting When Asleep. Since Taking Mag-Sup, All Those Painful Effects Have Stopped & I Can Have A Restful Sleep. They Come I Different Size Bottles, But More Cheaper To Buy The Big One & I Also Love, That They're A Small Round Tablet That's Easy To Swallow, Compared To Other Brands That Are Like Horse Tablets & Make You Choke - Thank You.
