Makeup Revolution Affection Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette

Reloaded Red Alert eyeshadow pallete by Makeup Revolution. I must admit that I am an amateur when it comes to eyeshadows mixmatch game. So, I bought this very affordable eyeshadow pallete to experiment with colors. I absolutely liked the red shades and the more neutral ones. The color payoff is great, well pigmented, but a primer is necessary, because it starts fading and creasing after an hour or two. I don't recommend you use it too often, because it has evil parabens, and far from the clean ingredients. If you want to play with colors why not, just make sure you dont keep this stuff on your face for too long. Besides that it is a very affordable cute eyeshadow pallete.

I love this palette very much. It’s not expensive at all and it contains beautiful colors. Regarding the pigmentation, SOME colors are not super pigmented (the very dark colors are pigmented!). However for me this is a plus! I don’t like my eyes to have too much makeup. Because the pigmentation is not hard it allows me to be free and built up the hardness I desire with the colors. The only thing I wish this palette had, is a bigger variation between light and dark colors. I feel like it mainly consist of very dark colors. I want a variation between those so I can play around with light and dark parts on my eyelids.

This is another great palette from Makeup Revolution. For a drug store brand it really does make a statement at a great price. I use this for all different looks, lighter for day ware, and bold if I'm heading out at night. Most of these are metallic, lovely pigment that you can build for a stronger vibrant look. I always use a great eye shadow primer and my eye shadows last all day at work which is around 12 hours and it does well on a night out. This is my 3rd colour range in these palettes and I don't think there are any colours I don't like. Recommend this for anyone. Nice for folk starting out using make up, they blend well withought too much work or losing colour. There is some fall out sometimes but I'm not mad at it. This is an all round great item. The more I've used this over the course of the month, the more I've been ABSOLUTELY loving it. It has served as a multipurpose product for the eyes, lips, and face. After getting creative with it, I was able to pull-off some of the shades as amazing face and lip products. The shades and textures incororated into this palette are so excellent - I cannot believe people are skipping on this! This palette has 15 matte shades w lots of colour in it, however it is of subpar quality in my opinion. The formulas of the mattes across the palette are very inconsistent and most of them are very powdery. For example, the first yellow on the left is surprisingly okay, the quad of neutral and burgundy shades on the left work just fine. But some shades hit hard pan so fast and have no pigment, like the pink, purple and white. The other yellow is very chalky. I cannot get the lighter shades like the light blue to show up on my eyes. Some shades feel smooth to the touch, some feel gritty and some of these do not swatch very well. I expected the shadows to appear brightly on the eyes, but was disappointed. Revolution will always get 5 🌟 Myself, my 15 yr old and 9 yr old daughter have various pallets between us (15 yr old has about 20 in her collection) the packaging is always sturdy, but can be challenging at times as I have arthritis is my hands and it can become difficult depending on my pain level on the day. The shadows themselves glide on with no problem at all, they blend beautifully and pigmentation is astounding. You generally only get a decent amount of pigmentation with the more expensive brands. These pallets are amazing for my 9 year old daughter, she has decided sge wants to be a MUA. I feel these are a great starter kit for her and I managed to get some bargains on so many pallets for her over Christmas on Amazon. Lovely Palette

This palette is deceiving! The color story may look simple and or plain but this palette you can pull so many different looks from simple to subtle and sexy day and night looks. I love that you can use this palette as a contour, bronze and blush. The colors are pigmented and blends so well does not go patchy on skin at all. Definitely a keep to your collection. I recommend this palette.

Purchased Revolution Iconic 3.0 palette

I did not purchase the palette shown, but I did purchase the Revolution Iconic 3.0 palette and would HIGHLY recommend it you are looking for some everyday natural looking colors! I normally only wear about half the colors in a palette, however this one is the exception to the rule! I will wear them all & love the pigment & lasting color! Revolution, you knocked it out of the park with this palette!! Good job! I will probably purchase another one as a back up once I use all of this one!

Revolution Reloaded "Provocative" Eye Shadow Palette Isn't Ver Pink

I bought this and I'm happy enough with the quality of the eye shadows but the color on the Target website really doesn't reflect the colors. Everything looks a lot more pink on the website, and this collection definitely has more brownish and warm toned pinks. The photo on the right is what's on the Target site and what I was expecting. The photo on the left is from the Google Shopping/Ulta Beauty and it reflects the true colors in this palette.
