Its size adjustable. FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: Wrap the collar around the neck so the depressed area is positioned directly underneath the chin. Strap the two ends of the collar to meet at the back of the neck. The fit should be firm to prevent chin movement and provide comfortable support, but not to restrict breathing. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare practitioner before use. TO CLEAN: Hand wash with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze gently to remove excess water.
