Purchased this product because of the reviews of others, also we have other Makita tools with batteries. The only thing that I will moan about is that the battery is only a 3ah and it is not mentioned anywhere on this website. However, excellent buy and wifey loves it. Well done Makita!

I purchased this product thinking it was going to be better than a domestic vacuum but was sadly mistaken. The suction, considering this is a brand catering to trades men, is woeful. I found an eco pet Hoover with 10 times as much suction. The led light is handy. Does not pick up threads from carpet. Good having the container to see what you pick up but overall it would only suit a caravan dweller

I bought this only for cleaning the bathrooms,because I was tired of keep wiping off my husband and son’s body hairs off the floor.No brush means No needs to pick the hair off the vacuum head.And the cyclone attachment collect hairs & dusts separately, so the filter stays clean!It is powerrful enough to clean rugs and carpets.I also own Dyson and Shark vacuum cleaners.

This product is excellent. It's very handy and easy to clean up. I think this is better than Dayson.
While I can’t speak to longevity this is my favourite purchase in recent times. If you’re undecided I highly recommend. The cyclonic attachment is fantastic and catches everything making emptying an absolute breeze
I recently purchased the Makita cordless 8kpa vacum with the cyclone conection kit.It is great, good suction and puck up, good battery life, 3 speeds, fast charging the small head gets into and under and around small spaces where larger vacums can not fit.The only things I was disappointed about, it has no brushes in the head and charging station cannot be wall mounted.Overall it's a great little machine I highly recommend it.
I love the extra little catcher that you just clip off to empty, so easy. I didn’t really need the battery pack or charger but mayswell have another for inside the house. Doesn’t work super well in dog hair on carpet but works great quick and easy everywhere else! Powerful settings, i mostly use the top 2, not the low one. It is slightly awkward to wall mount, I’d prefer to sit it in a cupboard but I’m yet to find a place for it in my home.
6 months light use in apartment and car pet hair removal.Cyclonic 750ml dust tank extra attachment is easy to empty and truly catches most dust so I rarely clean the filter. The main filter is HEPA 10/10.More powerful than brand name stick vacs. Battery compatible with other excellent makita tools. 3.0 Ah does many laps around the house.Long warranty if you rego online.Height doesn't adjust and doesn't come with a flexi hose that I added to make car cleaning easy.
I am satisfied the power and design of this vacuum. It is light and convenient to use, and is very easy to clean.
I'm a painter by traid and this vacuum has helped the prep/cleaning process experientially its quick and easy to use. Such a time savour inside of pulling out the wet and dry vacuum.
