The DML812 is a bright torch with a maximum luminous flux of 1250 lm, powered by a Liion LXT 14.4 V or 18 V battery (not included), for a long beam distance of up to 640 meters in point position (the distance where the illumination drops to 0.25 lx). DML812 is a 4in1 torch. Four lighting modes are available; spot mode, flood mode (for wide illumination of a target area), spot plus flood mode and strobe mode (the torch flashes in spot and flood mode). The mode switches the bikes via flood, spot, point and flood. Press and hold for strobe. The DML812 has a variable angle head that can be moved 90 degrees at will, a mounting hook to allow the torch to be hung from bars, pipes or racks and an on/off button with a memory function that allows the user to start in the same lighting mode as the last time before the torch was turned off. The light selection button is not integrated with the on/off button for ease of use. The DML812 features a battery safety system designed to automatically disable the output for longer life and eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) for improved dust and water resistance for use in more challenging weather conditions. The DML812 is not compatible with G Series batteries.
