I am new to the 40v Makita range to tools but first impressions are good. A little heavier than the 18v range but the TD001G still has great balance, and the chain saw is a great improvement.

Beastly power. A little heavy and bulky, I think that with the 2 Ah one it would have been enough, I bought this one on sale at the same price as the 2 Ah one. Received without problems, works correctly.
Authentic battery, good value for money which the longevity will prevail as its genuine and know these batteries last. Battery life is great for the tools I use.
I'm happy with this battery. No complaint so far. It recharges quick and last long.

Will no operate the genuine makita xgt tools purchased for. Steer clear waste of money.
