I ordered and paid for this item in good faith as it was showing in stock on their website. I could have got it from another supplier at the same very good price, but ordered the tool from Toolden based on their excellent reviews.Over a week later I had an email to say that they could not fulfil my order and would be refunding me. I was very disappointed in this as it was too late to order from the other supplier as they had sold out. I now had to order from someone else and pay considerably more than Toolden were asking.I would have been satisfied if they had got straight back to me when they knew they couldn't supply this tool instead of leaving it over a week but it wasn't to be :-(
