Makita XSA01Z 18V LXT Brushless Cordless High Speed Blower/Inflator, Tool Only

Works great! I use this when I’m too lazy to rollout the compressor and hose which is most of the time. Portability, variable speed, and light make it very versatile and handy for numerous tasks.

Very handy little toy. More than expected. Use cases have been, car detailing (rails, nooks and crannies), Cleaning the PC, BBQ Grill Cleaning, etc. I can see it being used more for summer inflatables soon enough.

Only used a few times. I bought this in order to inflate a large ski tube. What took 15 minutes with an air compressor only took 2 with the blower. It's also fully capable of blowing leaves and small sticks off the patio. So far, well worth the price

Outstanding tool with many uses, depending on the user. One thing I use it for is quick drying of metal parts. Makes a good team with a heat gun. A home run by Makita. Well built, well designed, and surprisingly powerful.

Such a useful tool. Has the control for easy does it cleaning and the power to blow tools off of your bench... LOL! The attachments are great for specific cleaning tasks. No regrets purchasing this tool.

Typical Makita quality, good. Typical Makita price, overpriced. If you have the batteries and don’t mind spending $194, I can recommend it. But if yon don’t use it often you can buy a lot of canned air for the price. With prolonged use the air will start to get warm; and you need to clean the filter often. A finer nozzle would have been nice. Also has the typical Makita trigger lock, only locks at full throttle, locking at intermediate speeds would have been nice at this price.

this one works like a champion. I am a Ryobi person so I use a battery adaptor to run this blower. it is good where the air compressor can be hard to reach such as attic. you may find much lower price on eBay from direct seller of Japan if you don't care warranty.

Blows up float tubes in seconds.

I am very happy with this purchase. I mainly purchased this to blow up float tubes, air mattresses etc while camping or on the river. It blows up a big tube in the fraction of time my 60gal compressor can, probably takes 30 seconds. I look forward to also using this in my woodshop to blow dust off of my bench and saws.

Great addition, could be better

While this is still a great addition to my Makita tool assortment, I was hoping for a bit more power. I like the fact that I can operate it for an extended period of time without having to swap batteries and it does blow fairly well. I still believe it underperforms in volume/mph. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

This thing is amazing

This blower is extremely versatile. It's annoying to have to buy all the attachments separately but the extension attachment is the best. I use this to blow off my tools each day at the jobsite (main reason I got it), to blow out concrete pilot holes, and just random dusting like window sills/fans etc. It has more direct airflow that any other small blower I've used which is awesome, I could never quite get that compressed air quality dusting power before I got this. Haven't really used any other attachments other than the extension since you can do 95% of stuff with the extension on (both pieces), half extension (1 piece), or no extension.
