My wife bought this product (Malin Goetz Eucalyptus Deodorant) for my birthday in September 2023.This was an expensive purchase and I am extremely dissatisfied with it.Once applied, there is no fragrance from it whatsoever; as a result, I have stopped using it (after having used it a few times).I expected it to present a fresh, subtle fragrance as indicated by reviews currently on the Space NK and Malin Goetz websites.I discussed the possibility of returning this Space NK, but this completely fell on deaf ears.I have rated this review as 1 star (to allow me to post the review) but in reality would give it 0/5.Think carefully before your purchase this product.

I've tried many many many deodorants and antiperspirants over the years and finding one that is both alcohol and aluminum free that actually works is difficult. I thought I found one last year and it seemed to work, however it left an oily residue on all my dress shirts that I couldn't get out. It also left white marks on all my clothes.Alas, I tried this one from Malin+Goetz and it is fantastic. It keeps me dry ALL day. It smells really fresh. And it leaves on marks or residue on my clothes. After going through a full container, I just purchased 5 more. I'm now committed and truly happy.

I have used this deodorant religiously since 2019. Loved it, had no issues with it. Until the last 9-12 months Iāve noticed particularly chaffed underarms and extreme itching. I have just only now noticed the text on the front of the deodorant is different to older tubes suggesting they have updated the deodorant. Lo and beholdā¦.the formula has changed. Lots of extra ingredients nowā¦and lots of extra harsh chemicals. Explains the reaction Iāve been having. I have been experiencing some skin problems in the last year, however those have cleared now, pointing to the deodorant being the main culprit in the armpit itching. It looks like the travel size one has the old formula however, so can still get to use the deodorant as I did love it before the change!

This deodorant doesnāt stop perspiration, and it does take some time to ādetoxā from traditional products youāve been using for years, containing harmful ingredients. I did this years ago, using this product and a talc-free body powder from a well loved UK-based cosmetics company. Often, it will feel like you smell worse, but that does change after a couple of weeks and itās worth it in the end. Iāve tested many natural deodorants over the years, and this is one of my favourites. It smells lovely and fresh, it doesnāt irritate the skin and it lasts forever! Highly recommended.
Iāve been trying several natural aluminium free deodorants so far and this is one of the best. Does the job well and has a fresh minty smell. It also goes a long way. I initially received a travel size one as a sample and lasted very well. I now purchased a full size one. Smell is quite neutral and my husband likes it as well. I also love that there is a mini version of it as itās very handy for travel. Definitely will buy again.
I switched to using natural deodorant around a year ago and received a mini version of the Malin Goetz Eucalyptus deodorant so took it on a mini break as it was far smaller than my usual product. I was really impressed with the easy application, it glides on much more easily than the product I was using, has a very pleasant unobtrusive fragrance and is not sticky at all. It doesnāt leave a residue on clothes and the product lasted really well. I have now ordered a full size version from Space NK and wonāt be going back to my old deodorant.
I really wanted to like this deodorant. Iāve been using another natural deo for around 6months which I love, however itās a liquid and just takes ages to dry before getting dressed. After looking up lots of reviews decided to try this brand as a more āsolidā stick option. On initial use I actually got on really well, the smell is lovely, itās a nice creamy texture but didnāt transfer onto clothes and for me lasted all day without any smells creeping through. Unfortunately after around 5days of use my underarms started getting very red and itchy and the skin actually started to peel off.Iām not a particularly reactive person so was caught quite off guard by this and was just really disappointed as I really wanted this to be the one!
Ok, let me preface that I used the Clarins Roll On for so many years until it was no longer available for purchase. I bought this as a " natural " replacement and it does take care of the odor. However please note that an antiperspirant and a deodorant are two separate things. So does it smell fresh and clean? YES! Does it take care of the perspiration on a mild spring/summer day? YES! HEAVY sweating? Not for you.
I do typically aim to use natural deodorants and had been gifted a mini sized version of this Malin Goetz Eucalyptus deodorant. The small compact size is perfect for travelling. The product gel based product glides easily over the skin, has a fresh scent and even on my holiday of 30 degrees heat it kept my underarms feeling clean and fresh. This deodorant does not irritate my underarms and can be used straight after shaving. Will definitely repurchase a full sized version of this product.
So I bought this deo two times in total. It's actually working opposite than you expect from deo. Sweat mixes with deo and leaves horribly stinking residue in clothes that I did not immediately realised what is the problem. No washing chemicals were able to remove it, especially from natural materials. I ended up dressing up after shower and starting my morning stinking like a pig as when body warms the clothing all the beauty of odours shows up at it's best. I would give it to my worst enemy.Binned this expensive and useless deo together with huge amount of my clothes. Including pricey woolen tops and silk blouses. Only white t-shirts survived as only bleach is able to remove those stinky residue stains from clothing.
