Now, when I first started using this on it's own it worked reasonably well, but I have VERY dry skin, so for me I thought I would need a serum, but after a few days my skin started to balance out and this moisturiser worked great! Initially this product seemed okay. The texture is super thick, so I thought this would be a great winter moisturizer for me. I do layer skin care and never had a problem until I used this moisturizer. It would start peeling off my face and flakes would show up on my pillow case. I will not repurchase this in the future since it doesn't cater towards the skin care layering. Plus the $52 price tag is also a pass for me with those results.

A great lightweight everyday moisturizer

I've been using this moisturizer for three years now. I use it after cleansing my face with the Grapefruit Face Cleanser. It is my go-to daytime moisturizer because it is lightweight and breathable, and my skin looks and feels refreshed, soft, and hydrated. I have oily to combination skin and sweat frequently, so this moisturizer is ideal for me during the day because I can be active and not worry about it running into my eyes or clogging my pores. I don't wear makeup, so using a moisturizer that does all this makes my daily evolutions quick and easy. At night, I prefer using a thicker moisturizer from another brand, but this does work equally well. If I know I'm going to be outside most of the day, I also combine this with Raw Elements Reef Safe sunscreen.

Better than expected

I didn’t have very high hopes for this as the reviews were a bit mixed, plus I’ve recently tried the grapefruit cleanser which was really harsh and drying. This was more hydrating than expected and felt quite nice on skin, but I did have to use quite a bit each time so it didn’t last that long. The fragrance and consistency were pleasant. Best suited to normal rather than very dry skin, or as a summer moisturiser. Wouldn’t cut it in the winter months but for this time of the year it’s quite nice.

Eve Lom Cleanser

I received this as a sample after ordering an eye cream and it came with the Muslim clothe - the 2 work perfectly together. I really liked the cleanser and removes makeup lovely and the clothe also helps to give you a gentle exfoliation. I’m not sure I could use it long term as I have peri oral dermatitis as this product contains 4 oils (which are lovely) but can bring on my skin complaint if I was to use it long term. That aside I would recommend the product if your skin can cope with essential oils in your skin products.

Exceptionally nourishing and calming! Great aftershave too!

I purchased this along with the grapefruit face cleanser and while I prefer the advanced renewal moisturizer, this became my boyfriend's favorite! This moisturizer is so nourishing and leaves a healthy noticeable glow. We just purchased a larger bottle because he is hooked! I recently shaved my head and broke out in an awful rash so I decided to try this to see if it would help - about an hour later my skin had calmed down significantly and the large flareup was nearly gone! Highly recommend as an excellent aftershave!

Love it

I've been using this moisturizer for about a year and I love it. I have very sensitive, acne prone, and dry skin, and this moisturizer is one of the best I've used. A little goes a long way, and it's honestly my favorite part of my skin care routine because you can actually feel it soothe your skin when you put it on. I had the 4 fl oz size for about 3 or 4 months I think, and I got the 8.5 which lasts about 6-8 months depending on your usage. The large size is really worth it you save in the long run compared to other good moisturizers which are the same price for a really tiny tub

No more red/scaly skin around my nose due to seborrheic dermatitis

I am male and don't use face product normally. I have seborrheic dermatitis. The skin around my nose is often red and scaly, sometimes itchy too. I have tried different prescriptions from dermatologist. Recently, it was so bad and I could not have face to face meetings with people. Just embarrassing. Many type of lotions I put on will make it worse. Somehow I came across a sample size B5 body moisturizer. It helped so I bought the face version VE face moisturizer. I wash my face around the nose with head and shoulders shampoo daily. Then put on Vitamin E face moisturizer. It works like a miracle. Now after 2 weeks, it's not itchy anymore and the skin is almost normal color. Great product!

Not particularly hydrating...

A very lightweight moisturizer which in colder weather is not anywhere near as hydrating as what my combination-dehydrated skin requires. However in warmer weather I find on most days it's more or less the right amount of moisture for my face and neck. Despite that, it's a very basic product with a very simple and somewhat synthetic ingredients list - which you can't miss as it's on the front of the tube! I don't find the addition of Salicylic Acid to be of any effect on the odd blemish that pops up (the concentration is too little), and I still find myself reaching for my The ordinary's Niacinamide for that purpose. There's no fragrance in here but it does contain silicones, although not at a significantly high level to cause me breakouts. One terrific face moisturizer!

This face moisture lotion is truly ideal. This is one of two moisturizers I use consistently. Lovely light textured lotion with a very subtle clean whiff of a (natural) scent. Love the Vitamin E formula. Non-irritating for my finicky oft-sensitive skin. Lightweight whilst being very efficacious. This is a classic and I will be using it forever.
