Maltesers Milk Chocolate King Share Pack, 60 Grams x 16

Probably one of the easiest chocolates to eat a whole bag or box of without actually feeling sick. Malteasers are probably one of the few chocolates that I can say I will never be disappointed with or have enough of. I love how you can get different size bags or boxes which makes them also good to gift to others. The chocolate is not too thick and the biscuit centre is so light and tasty. I find they aren't too sweet and seem to have not changed in quality over the years. I love how the brand has moved with the times and offers a variety of malteasers although I do think you can't beat the classic original ones. Price wise I think they are around the usual for chocolate products and for me definitely worth the money. We recently received these chocolates to taste. They are spherical chocolates with a milk and malt interior and a chocolate-coated exterior. They are delicious, very very greedy, crunchy, one leads to another... but they are also very caloric and a little heavy, it is not advisable to eat too many, I stop at five or maximum six at a time, better if eaten as a snack than as a dessert after a meal. I advise you to taste them if by chance you manage to find them, because they are really special!

These are chocolate covered malt balls and I will admit I usually buy the share bag instead of the smaller single serving. They also tend to be much cheaper than other similar sweets so often find their way into my basket when I want a treat. As there's not too much chocolate, they're lighter in calories while still giving you your choccy fix. These are supposedly the US equivalent of Whoppers? But I heard recently that malteasers have now made there way into the US. In comparison, these have a more mellow taste and the chocolate is more complimentary to the malt. Always out of stock and terrible expiration date.

I puchased 10 bags. For some reason, these are always out of stock so I purchased 10 bags.7 out of the 10 bags expires in May 2023 the other 3 expires in July 2023. Which means I have 3 months to 7 bags of chocolate.I don't understand why the exp. date is so close yet this product is always out of stock. Are you guys rotating it approriately - FIFO?

Dark chocolate Maltesers

Everything!But especially the dark chocolate taste,They’re delicious and extremely moreish! I could very easily eat the whole bag in one sitting. I don’t understand why these aren’t readily available in other shops! I would say they are tailored more for the adult taste!

How did I not know there was a dark choc version?

Bought as a whim on checkout (yes, I know) as a guilty but very occasional treat. Glad I did. They seem smaller in size than the usuals - but maybe that's because they're dark, ha-ha. Same lovely melty middles and nicer, less sweet dark choc. My next naughty go-to I think...

Please keep making these! I love that they are less sweet than the original ones, which is a huge improvement for me. I find the dark chocolate very nice and much more authentic than the original (sickly sweet) version. It is nice to have a dark chocolate option for these types of sweets. I am so happy they created these! A full 5 stars from me!!!

My wife really loves these! But Displeased at cost

My wife really loves these!! She thinks they are much better then Whoopers. So when I saw them I thought I would surprise her with a little treat. I really didn't about it too much about the price and the picture really doesn't justify the true size of the box. I didn't think to ask Google how much is 100G's is, I just want to surprise her with a treat. I was really disappointed when she got them and the box is no bigger then a Samsung 10 wide and 1/2 inch thick, Basically the size of a movie candy box. She said they were a little stale but she forgave. Thank God for that. For the Price I was expecting something a little bigger, like the size of the Carton that Whoopers come in. I love maltesers but prefer dark chocolate, so I thought these would be great. They are not, it is obviously the mix of milk chocolate and the honeycomb that makes the sweet a malteser. None of us would eat more than the initial taste and they got thrown out for the wildlife. They didn't get eaten there either!

different flavour?

I havent had maltesers for a few years but treated myself on my birthday recently. I would previously have had no difficulty polishing off a whole big bag in one sitting. I do not purchase them regularly because of my cholesterol levels. I think that the flavour has changed, being excessively malty, which I personally dont like. All for the good really as I wont be tempted by them again. I do find that a lot of confectionery has been altered taste wise recently, not for the best, but I do wonder if its just me as nothing tastes the same post Covid virus.
