One of the best things about this jacket is the sleeve length. It does not come up short by the wrists, perfect for those of us with longer arms. Then with the thumb holes it works great with gloves, way less snow gets in. I have used this as a mid layer for snowboarding and I was able to wear a lighter jacket than normal. The fit is also spot on for sizing and I like the athletic cut of it.This jacket is also just a nice one to wear when out and about. It got a few compliments when I wore to work at ski resort.

I’m 6’4” and 190lbs. Wear a 40xl blazer and 35” sleeves. Great jacket and fit. I find Mammut gear to fit much like Arcteryx in that it is ideal for tall and lean. Nice amount of warmth but breathable. Soft. Easy on and off. Great for layering. One of the best light fleece jackets I’ve ever owned.I see several reviews saying arms are too long, but they have thumb holes obviously designed to keep sleeves in place and reduce wind creep during runs or other athletic activity. All pics of this item show it with thumbs through the sleeve on the models.

Used this jacket this year as a midlayer under the Eiger Free Pro jacket. It provides great warmth, so this was my go to midlayer for the week. Only at the end of the week winds picked up, so I switched to the Eiswand jacket. I bought the L size, which fit me well (I'm 1.99m). Only downside is that the text in the inside of the neck just dropped off after one wash. But that could have been my fault.

Great fit around chest and length. But, the sleeve length is far far too long. You would have to be a knuckle dragger to wear this. I was disappointed in having to return to you as it was a lovely bit of kit and would have bought several for my expeditions. Now Wary about your sleeve sizing on other tops as I am an Anglo Saxon not a 6’ Nordic bean pole🤣
I am lucky enough to own all thr color variations of this midlayer.It is extremely comfortable and soft and keeps you warm in various situation.I used it in hutts, on trails, during climbing.I am:184cmwide shoulders73kgThe size M is a perfect athletic fit.
I honestly thought all the great reviews I see on Mammut's website were because people treated this company like a cult. But I know see that it really is just great products. I am incredibly warm in this and I use it for both regular wear and when climbing. Very happy with my the quality and will continue to buy from Mammut.
Love this product as a mid layer. It regulate my temperature in the heat and cold. I use it for snowboarding. I don’t fee restricted, in my arms and shoulder. True to size, but it has slack in the shoulders, back, and sleeves to move my arms without restriction. I will probably buy more. The only downside is i only like the blue and black colors.
Resort skiing. This will be an underlayer for a puff coat or shell, depending on temperature. I'm very happy with it. I have a water polo sized 44" chest and a 35" (USA) waist and this works well for me in an XL size. If I was actually climbing I would size down I think but I'm not a climber.
This js a very nice piece of gear. One of my favorites. In no way a "jacket" to me due to the material or thickness (it's pretty thin) but the heat retention to weight is unreal. It's super stretchy so I chose the size to be very form fitting. Perfect for high output activities but don't expect it to be windproof in any way. I'm 6 foot 170 lbs wearing size M
I've owned a variety of mid layers from all the big name companies. This is by and far my favorite, it is warm and comfortable and most importantly regulates heat well. I was initially skeptical on the fit as the chest is proportionally small for the size but the stretchy material accommodates for that and makes for a flattering look. I am looking to buy more Mammut pieces as this one far exceeds my expectations.
