Manicare - Crystal Nail File

I've never liked the feeling of filing my nails, and often I've accidentally filed them too far back when using emery boards. A friend recommended that I try a glass nail file, and it has been a totally different experience! It feels much less abrasive than emery boards due to the finer texture of the file and it gives me more control as less is filed away in one motion. The file itself also looks pretty and can be cleaned and reused, lasting much longer than emery boards which wear out rather quickly I find. I highly recommend this nail file.

I have always used crystal nail files. I rather the feeling over any other type. I had one that lasted year but it broke so I purchased this one. It was great at the start. Filed them down smoothly but soon it become blunt and was not working well. It even started hurting my nail bed.

I just love this little tool! I like the shape as it’s easy to grasp and easy to pop in an overnight bag and take with me when I travel. I find the file very hard wearing and at the same time really gentle on my nails. Leaves my nails looking shapely, even my boyfriend loves this nail file!

I've used this for years! It lasts forever and is ultra fine, no course 'sand paper' like feeling. It shapes my nails gently with pulling. I also use it on top of my nails to very slightly rough them up before applying nail polish, a tip I was given years ago.

i really like this crystal nail file, for a number of reasons. it is cute, i love the colouring, it is a good size to carry around in my purse. it is affordable and easily accessible in retail stores, and finally it does a great job at helping me achieve a smooth and even nail shape !

Best Nail File I've found

I am very happy with my Crystal Nail File. I bought a Crystal Nail File at the Sisi Museum in Vienna and I have been searching for one similar. This is the only one that I have found that equals my Sisi Museum File, it is perfect for filing my nails. Would recom,mend it to anyone.

Disappointing

I was given one of these a few years ago and absolutely loved it, couldn't recommend it enough. Unfortunately I dropped it in the bathroom and it broke in half which was ok until I did it a few more times and pieces got smaller and smaller so I reluctantly had to throw it away. No biggie when they are still being made except when I bought a new one after three or so uses it was no longer course and didn't actually file my nails. I was keeping it in the pouch and washing it regularly but nothing helped so eventually I gave up and went back to the cheaper nail files and still missy original crystal file (if only I hadn't thrown out the last of the broken pieces)!Manicare - are you aware of this and is it a common problem? Excellent file

I bought this file for my Doberman dog’s claws. Yes, for grooming my dog. You see, I was using clippers (guillotine and scissor type) but needed to file the sharp edges off so that I wouldn’t be scratched. I was using a metal automotive contact point file and the results were mediocre. I researched nail files and read about the glass file. I bought one and I am so impressed. The claws are filed quickly and very smoothly. I may use the file frequently to keep the quick receded and avoid the stressful procedure of clipping. This is probably not what you expected to read but if it filed my canine’s claws with ease then it will do human nails easily too. The glass file can be sterilised but if I want one for myself I will by another one to keep good hygiene and separate my dog equipment from my personal equipment.

Great File

Was looking for a reasonably priced one for a while after my previous one broke. I bought this on sale and it's exactly what I wanted. I love glass files, I've been an avid user of them for years they are much better for your nails then the cheap "cardboard sand-paper" ones. They reduce splitting and of course last a lot longer. I would definitely recommend this one if you are looking for a glass file!

The best nail file, ever.

This is the best nail file that has ever been invented. I mean, ever! I have used many other crystal files and the quality doesn't even come close. It's almost like your nails are butter! It's so easy to keep your nails perfect, it takes only a few minutes to file and shape so it's no longer a chore. I've even had professional nail technicians use it and be amazed and converted. I recommend it to everyone. I will only purchase this from now on.
