Great, bold easy to read markings, fast response to temp changes, seems easy to maintain for cleanliness. "Glow in the dark" - seems pointless unless you're grillin in the dark ....... My use is primarily for maintaining a stove top water temp but I suspect that it would be fine/entirely useful for cooking meat. Recommended !!! Ordered on-line for in-store pick-up - worked a treat! Easy order processing, good communication.
