Battery won’t last. Poor design. Don’t buy

I ordered a lawn mower 3.0 in april and it is now October and it completely stopped working after 6 months. That is in reality only a few uses. The product doesn’t hold a charge and only now runs for about 5 to 10 seconds.I contacted them for a replacement and they told me I am out of warranty. What kind of company doesn’t guarantee their products for a year ?They obviously don’t have any good battery management software built into to the product which causes the battery to prematurely fail, even cheap lithium batteries are rated for 300 charge cycles good ones 500. Broke within a year

I have the lawn mower 4.0Concept of this razor is great, but I’m pretty disappointed! Advertised as a safety blade, no knock technology. I can say I’ve drawn a little blood on my sac. There are directions where it explains how to properly hold the razor to avoid that issue, but even following the directions, it can still happen.It’s also waterproof. Super cool and convenient feature. I don’t know if water got in mine, but my razor no longer works. Pretty sure it shorted out. All in all, I’m left empty handed with no razor. I think there are some better options out there. With how much these cost, I would have expected to at least last longer than a year.

I’m going to dispute the charges in my credit card and try to get my money back. I’m convinced all the positive reviews in here are written by their marketing and business development team, there’s no way there’s this many people that think these clippers are anything special.

First, its very easy to get tricked into a 3 month subscription if you're not careful, simply by selecting the lowest cost option on their website, which is clearly done by design. Second, it's also completely unnecessary to change blades every 3 month, they can actually last a year or more. But if you remember to logon and cancel your subscription after purchase and remove your credit card info (which the company does allow you to do online, to their credit) then you can still get the lower price and should not have to worry about unwanted or unnecessary items getting charged to your credit card and delivered in 3 months time.I just hate that the company resorts to trickery like this to begin with. I actually researched other options because of this issue, which was also an issue for me in 2019 when I purchased my first Manscaped product (the 2.0). But because of a great discount and pretty good 4.0 reviews, I reluctantly decided to look past my own morals and purchased it anyway. I can see from reviews that Manscaped has been getting this criticism for years, but still refuses to stop this deceptive practice, I'm guessing because it must make them a lot of extra money......

Have used this for almost a year now and really love it. The battery life is super long. The LED light is an essential, you know downstairs isn't always well lit. Waterproof is perfection, why get hair on your floor when you can let it go down the drain. The guards are essential, virtually impossible to cut yourself with one in place. They gave exactly what they promised. Great product, and would heavily recommend to anyone. I trims hair like a dream, and never gets clogged or anything. Super easy to clean and simple to use. Not just that, but it also only took like a week or two for it to arrive. And it came together with my other products I purchased! No waiting like 5 months for one then another two for the rest. I saw numerous ads about this brand and was hella hesitant to try it because of the hefty price, but I'm so glad I did. Hope this encourages someone out there to buy some too, because it truly is worth its price and then some.

Yeah I fell for Manscaped’s clever marketing. I’m an idiot.I mean I have used a bunch of razors for this job - I genuinely believed I would love the tight groom with no cuts.Unfortunately not the case. Thing didn’t cut anywhere close enough and the blades cut me three times in a really small area. Sure hold the tool a certain way and all that. They also tried to secretly tie me into a quarterly payment for some order of whatever they want to give you. Thank goodness I noticed that in the fine print and cancelled. Altogether avoid like the plague. Much better products out there that are not trying to rip you off. Well done Manscaped on your marketing. Shame on you!!!

Not just a great tool for men. Great for the women in your life too!

The perfect choice for the task. Top-notch quality and precision trimming capabilities in a comfortable hand feel, and it’s not just for men! This tool works just as well for a woman’s needs too. I bought this for my partner originally, but I stole it from him when it got here to try it, and I am getting him his own now. I am exceptionally pleased with this.It charges quickly, locks so it won’t turn on when you don’t want it to, and cleans up quickly. It has a nice case for travel and a sleek docking station that doesn’t take up a lot of space on the bathroom counter. It also doesn’t look obnoxious either which is great when you have someone who hates clutter.

This is the worst beard trimmer I have ever used! A lawn mower should only take a pass or two across your yard but this mower took no less than 30-40 passes across the same areas and the hair was still not cut evenly. I thought Manscaped would be a top of the line trimmer but it only comes with 2 size adapters which are used for 4 lengths. So much marketing was put into this product but lacks features and quality. 5 stars for customer service.
