This product work really well Manuka is a very nice and versatile type of honey, and Iherb are selling this at a very reasonable price, especially when there's a sale going. This honey is best taken raw, not heated. It can also be used on wounds, especially the stronger versions with high MGO. This honey can also be used as a natural lotion for hands etc, instead of petroleum-based lotions, that may contain things you don't like to absorb by the skin. How to make a Manuka-based lotion: Take one egg yolk (do not include the white) One teaspoon Manuka honey Two teaspoons Organic Virgin Olive Oil Mix it all and apply to hands etc. Let it stay on for about 20 minutes. I am a big fan of Manuka honey. This squeezable jar from Manuka Doctor has the classic, caramel-like taste as in most of the Manuka honeys. It is simply delicious and not too sweet. I love being able to squeeze the honey right out of the bottle, no messy spoons to clean up. This particular honey has a low MGO rating of 80+, which roughly equals to UMF rating of 5. The ratings tell you how many health benefits each particular honey contains; the higher the rating, the more antibacterial properties. This honey with its low rating would make a good table honey for everyday use. I like to put some in my tea and sometimes drizzle over toast.
