I purchased the Manuka Honey on a recommendation. I was going on faith because honey in general gives me a headache soon after I have any, even if it is in small amounts in tea. I did a lot of research before I purchased it and before I purchased this brand. I have been pleasantly surprised ever since. The honey tastes different than any honey I've ever had, softer, not sickeningly sweet as some of the honey I've eaten. The texture is of a whipped sort of quality. I have also used it for medicinal purposes and the claims that it aids in healing and staving off colds & flu are not exaggerated. The stuff is pricey but a little goes a long way so it is therefore a good value. Love it and am now an enthusiastic fan!
