Quality and ease of operation, travels easily when paired with pull & pick foam hard water proof cases avail at harbor Freight around $40 bucks.Liight ring allow for perfect lighting for any live or video recording easy to use a four year old could make professional quality videos. By far excellent value for the money.I am so please with product quality and value in all my audio video equipment purchases from American Musical Suppy so much so I have spent more the $22,000 at AMS in last 30 months. customer service by far the best in the industry.

I had a few setup problems which were my fault, but once I understood it was a webcam and not an optical capture device, I got it configured and it is great. Lots of options but most important it is a high quality picture!

I bought this to host an online version of our folk club during the lockdown, I've also ordered decent USB mics for our musicians.The mic on the AVS is really quite disappointing for an item pitched as pro audio. I'll use it for video but still rely on my Zoom H6 with a shotgun mic capsule for audio.It's not a bad mic, just not 'pro'.
How good is a product which isn’t straight forward to use? Bought 2 weeks ago and yet haven’t figured out how to get the camera to show my video, audio to play from the speaker! Tried in 2 different windows and 1 Mac.. I’ll give it one last attempt and if that fails it goes right back to the seller. Do not encourage products that require research to setup
The camera failed after 23 months of use and Marantz is "hands-off" after the 12-month warranty is up. I would expect a webcam that sits on a desk to last a bit longer than 23 months - especially for this price. I wouldn't waste money on this brand.
The picture quality is very good! During web meetings I receive comments on how well the color of my streams are to other viewers. The microphone does a good job at filtering noise and avoiding feedback/echo. The controls are easy to work and the options of extra usb connections is also a plus. The light is a nice feature but if you wear glasses you'll see it reflecting off of your glass lenses in the pictures. I ran both this and my C920 through vMix software and found the picture is much warmer and the sound cleaner and free of problems. The downside is the limitations of not being able to mount to a tripod and it requires power. In addition, the FOV is less than the C920x. But given the quality of the picture and sound, these draw backs are easy to work with. ... MoreThe picture quality is very good! I had the same experience with this product. It simply wouldn't work. tried it get it to work on PCs and Macs with the same results.
Actually own two of these. They are simple plug and play and just plain work. Video is quite good and way better than the onboard cameras on laptops.
Seems well made, and the video quality is fine. However, it has a rather major flaw - it feeds video even when the video function is switched off and the video indicator lights are off.
