I upgraded my 30+ year old Marcato Atlas pasta machine. This one is fantastic also...it’s wider therefore creating more pasta with each sheet. The ravioli attachment is significantly improved from my old one. Rollers up snap below for cleaning.Delivery was within one day, as promised. The follow up with Consiglio's was prompt, friendly and accurate.I would buy from you again!

Solidly made and well designed (e.g. can be oriented in any direction on worktop) Had previously made pasta by hand and this takes away huge amount of effort by rolling the dough thin (we did in stages as suggested) and then cutting into required shape. A pleasure to use - something v calming and satisfying about working the dough and then seeing great lengths of beautiful spaghetti emerge. Does require care in cleaning but worth it. Not used the raviolini attachment yet - working up courage!

So far so good. Easy and fun to use. Easy to clean. Dry pasta brushes off readily. Look on the underside of the cutter for any dried bits. Make sure the clamp is tight, otherwise it will move as you turn the handle. Haven't tried the raviolini attachment yet, but looking forward to it. Clean the cutters by running through a small amount of pasta dough before first use as instructed. Play around with different thicknesses. We prefer just a little thinner, say setting 7 for the fettuccine using our recipe. Enjoy!
The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box was how solid the build quality was. I've used it a few times now and I love it. Some of the attachments are easier to use than others (there's definitely a learning curve to making ravioli) but this is the first time I've tried to make fresh pasta at home so that could be playing a big part in it.It doesn't come with one, but I'd recommend getting a brush of some kind to help get any dough that gets stuck inside the cutters out. This isn't a major problem, and it is very dependant on the recipe you've used but I've found it helpful!
I hesitated a long time in buying one of these because of the price. I finally talked myself into it and am so glad I did. I used it for the first time last weekend, and it worked perfectly. Until now, I've been rolling my dough out with a rolling pin. This machine super simplifies the entire process. If you've been on the fence about buying, go ahead and do it!
I would have given it a 5 but the ravioli attachment seems ok but I get better ravioli with the tablet.. I’ll keep trying I’m sure there is a learning curve. Clamp could have been a little larger I have an ikea island perfect table space for pasta making but found if I removed 2 rubber feet on the side clamping could just get it to fit. Whew!!I cannot say enough great things about rolling the dough to the right thickness it’s a game changer for me as I have neck issues. This alone makes it worth its weight in gold for me to make fresh homemade food for my family. Thank you!!
All I can say is...........brilliant, I love it. No more shop bought pasta for me. I've made ravioli & tagliatelle so far & need to try spaghetti again as my first attempt failed slightly. The machine is so easy to use & it's nice & heavy so won't move about all over the place when you use it. I'm so pleased I bought the machine & 100% recommend it

Plus they seemed very trustworthy.After a couple of cancelled orders, due to me changing my mind, which Consiglio handled wonderfully well, I came across their Atlas 150 Multipasta kit which in addition to the usual 150 dual cutter (fettucini & tagliolini) it also came with the spaghetti, regginette and ravioli attachments. I have used all except for the ravioli attachment at this date. But the spaghetti and regginette cutters have perfomed flawlessly as has the standard dual cutter. The regginette cutter is a super fun cutter that initially not sure I'd have a use for. So Wrong - it made a wonderful noodle for Alfredo & can see many more uses cut longer or shorter.Had read some complaints about the spaghetti cutter being hard to remove. Initially I found that true until I realized you didnt have to "jam" the cutter on the machine. It works perfectly well . The first time I put it on the machine, I couldn't easily remove it. I turned the machine upside down and tapped the cutter lightly on a folded dishtowel. It came off quickly. After that I don't force it on any more than it wants to go. It made beautiful spaghetti on #4.I am so happy and impressed with the quality of this kit and also many thanks to Consiglio for offering this Multipasta for an absolutely incredible price. Buying all of the attachments separately (spaghetti, reginnete & ravioli) would have cost way more than what this kit cost. So many thanks Consiglio. The machine is Absolutely wonderful! High quality! We used the ravioli attachment and it worked well the only recommendation is to make sure you get a dough cutter because it is really hard to pull the dough apart.
