Haven't used it yet (can't wait to do so!), but very impressed just by taking it out of the box. Excellent quality, so fingers crossed it performs as good as it looks. Truly a timeless classic. I think the ergonomic design of the 'Design' model should make it slightly easier to use then the straight design of the 'Classic' model. Expect I'll be making biscuits for many years to come! :)

This is a great cookie press! Works easily and makes lovely cookies, every press. Easy to clean. I have used many and have found them not to be durable. I think this one will last and was definitely worth the price.

I did a lot of research before my purchase and it lived up to its reputation as the best cookie press available. Also, my purchase went very smoothly and it arrived right on time.

This is a fabulous cookie press, very easy to use and the cookies are perfect. So many shapes! The press is also easy to clean and very well made.You do have to be sure to use a recipe that will work with a cookie press for good results.I'm also really impressed with the service at Consiglio's. I will shop here again.

I ordered this machine mainly because I wanted to try and make my pizzelle size more consistant. As this was my 1st time ordering from Consiglio Kitchenware I found the ordering and delivery was extremely quick and I was kept informed every step of the way and received it in a couple of days. I love the machine as I can choose size, etc. and is very easy to use and clean. I also tried the biscotti recipe that comes with the instructions and shared them tonight with friends and they loved them and actually asked if they could take what was left home. I guess I have to make another batch. Yummy. Great machine and Consiglio is a great company to deal with.

It’s quick to clean as it is easily dismantled. Good recipes supplied in the full colour instruction booklet to get you started. They taste like buttery shortbread biscuits and the recipes can be easily modified to taste. There is now no need for rolling cookie dough balls or cutting out shapes with cookie cutters with lots of flour and mess! Also no need to grease or use baking paper as the dough is formed directly onto the metal baking tray. It’s fast, clean and precise. Was impressed with the affordable price, the speed of delivery and the environment friendly peanut packing materials that smelled like popcorn!As for the cookie press, will use for next year’s Christmas cookies!
