Good quality, much better than those other cheap products in the market. The well is good size and hold reasonable amount stuffs, the roller is definite a great helper to roll and press easily against the mold. Cleaning is simple and easy. This Marcato Ravioli tablet with rolling pin always promising result! It is worth the money as it will last long!One of my good decision to buy.

A fine piece of machinery

So I've tried "ravioli makers with a press" with frustration - then I came across the "Marcato Ravioli Tablet" - this is a fine piece of machinery. The anodized aluminum base with stainless-steel wells and silicone feet for stability is flush with the plastic cutting tray. The plastic cutting tray is narrow at the tops of each ravioli square- it's easy to use the anodized-aluminum roller to separate raviolis. The cutting tray thin edge and flush with tablet wells is the big difference that makes this a perfect tool.

Great tool for ravioli

The quality of this product is excellent - it has a heavy base (beautiful in red) and works great once you get the hang of it. I didn’t flour it enough for my first attempt but once I remedied that error, it popped out beautiful ravioli!

Helps make uniform, tidy ravioli

This tablet is heavy so it won't move around while rolling a rolling pin over the filled dough. The ravioli turn out uniform and tidy. This tablet is easy to use and clean. It's cheaper at Consiglio's than other sellers, but still quite an investment for a ravioli tablet. I imagine it will last a lifetime.

Homemade ravioli is the best!

Loved making ravioli for the first time ever. It's taking some practice but the results have been great! I did use olive oil spray instead of flour to keep the ravioli from sticking to the tablet after the first batch. I found it to be easier.

Mercato Red Ravioli Tablet

This is heavy and easy to use. A bit of a learning curve but not hard to make ravioli. Secret....make a lot and freeze so you don't have to do this every time the mood hits. Highly recommend. Warning: DO NOT wash the actual tablet. Read the instructions.

This thing is heavy, but not in a bad way, it's just well built and substantial. It's super easy to use. I almost went with ravioli makers you can buy for $20, but I'm glad I went with this one. You can feel the quality when you take it out of the box. It's simple to use, and the ravioli turns out perfectly. You sometimes really pay for what you get.

This tablet is at a premium and seemed to be hard to come across. So I paid the price. Works fine. Over priced and hard to clean. Be aware you cannot put it into a dishwasher. You are instructed to use a 'brush' to clean it; does not work. A brush will dust away flour but not the residue of wet dough on a damp surface.
