I should have paid more attention to the other review regarding size. These boots run huge. I have size 12 foot and wear a wide shoe. The size 12 Mares boot swims on me. No pun intended. They seem to be about two sizes too big and are ridiculously wide. Quality seems good, material is very comfortable but I'm now out about nine bucks in return shipping. Not willing to risk another nine bucks if the size 11 doesn't work out so I'm returning them.

I have a pair of Mares dive boots that I've had for years. My husband's dive boots needed to be replaced and because I love mine, I looked for the same brand/style for him. These were perfect. They fit him and they're super comfortable, and the price couldn't be beat.

The Boots did not work out for me. I bought them for Kiteboarding and it just didn't work out. The Boots are fine and this should not reflect about the overall quality. Price is right.
I have had a pair of these mares boots for years and they still look brand new. Very strong and durable!Good investment that will last many years at a very fair price!Buy these boots and forget about buying another pair for at least a decade if not more.
LeisurePro did a great job at replacing the boots with a more appropriate size. The boots are great. The only issue is that they were one size too big.

This is my second pair of these boots. The only reason I needed a new pair was that I lost the old ones. They are very easy to put on, comfortable and well made.
I don’t use the boots for diving there used for kayaking but even so i can only imagine they would be the perfect boot for diving too
Different from what I expected, they adhere quite to the foot, the sole is flexible. For me the size is perfect. They seem comfortable, I'll tell you after my first dive

The Mares Classic NG boot are made using 5mm thick neoprene and offer a perfect balance between weight, thermal and abrasion protection. The size and shape of the boot have been designed to make sure the boots are get on and off but also ensure that they provide a snug and comfort fit. An anti-corrosive zip makes donning and doffing easier whilst the internal baffle prevents water ingress through the zip. The molded sole provides a comfortable, flexible protection from the tips of the toes to the heel with a raised section to keep the fin strap in place. Anti abrasion panels are fitted over the top of the foot to prolong the life of the boot but also to help the foot grip the fin pocket.
