Maria Nila CURLiCUE Cream 100ml

So far, I am really liking this curl cream. It did not ship well (why was there no "top/barrier" between the lid and the product to begin with?), so I ended up with curl cream EVERYWHERE when I opened it. Otherwise, the smell is good, it helps define my curls and make them less frizzy. It was also lightweight. I'll continue to use it.

I have very wavy hair, naturally. I was excited to try this product, and I absolutely adore the way it smells! Makes your hair smell good too. But it did absolutely nothing for my curls, I may as well have been using water on it. Fail.

I have course thick, curly hair and this product elongates my curls some. The definition is nice, but although this cream goes on light, I feel that it weighs my curls down a bit. I have medium shoulder length hair. I think this product would be good for someone with longer hair then mine. I personally like my curls to be full and bounce. I will try this again, but use less product next time. A little goes a very long way.

It's a great product if you want some curls or more volumen in your hair. I put it in my towel dried hair and use a diffuser a few minutes and it often looks like I'd used a lot more time on my hair than I actually did. I love when that’s possible and this cream makes my hair very soft as well. I have natual waves in my hair but nowhere near the same result than with the curlicue cream.

I really enjoyed this product at first but have since found better products for my hair type. This product has a wonderful subtle scent and a faint shimmer, while it is pricey the container lasted me for over two months. If you have a fine hair this product won’t offer you formed curls but can help define waves. I suggest that you twist or denman brush your hair rather than scrunching this product. Worked better than the Ouai curl creme for me but I’d suggest fine hair people use the Verb curl product.

Smells nice, but doesn't last long. I don't know how much it defined my waves and loose curls. I feel like there should be more product and I don't know if it made my hair feel a little dryer. I've used better products and would probably not buy again

This is a 100% vegan nourishing cream best applied to damp hair that’s already been color treated. It’s light weight and doesn’t carry awful harsh chemical scents. I love how it refreshes my curls and bed head look.

Best Curly Girl Product I've Tried

I came across this stuff by chance. I'm a confirmed Deva Curl user, and I still use the No-Poo and Conditioner, etc. But on a trip to Europe I tried the Maria Nila Cirlicue when I ran out of the Deva Curl product I use to define the curls and keep the frizz away between washings. When dry, the curls are soft and bouncy, and it lasts way longer than any of the similar products I've tried. Not sticky or "crispy" either. For North Americans, it's pretty expensive because you have to use alternative methods to purchase it here. So I stock up when I'm over-seas. I wish they sold it here on this side of the pond.
