This is a lovely vegan stock powder which dissolves instantly in hot liquids. This tub will make 7.5ltrs of stock using 4 teaspoons per litre of water. As well as mixing with water to make a stock, you can simply lightly sprinkle the powder onto food, or use it as a savoury and warming hot drink.
