I use it to spritz my face after washing and moisturizing and it does a great job of "locking" everything in to place so your face can really stay clean and fresh. The only downside is that it doesn't seem to make the biggest difference on my dry skin but I rely on my moisturizer for that so it doesn't affect me but may be a deal breaker for some. I also find the smell is very potent but I really enjoy it, however if you're sensitive to smells you might want to steer clear. If you are looking to purchase something that will be very moisturizing, perhaps this won't be the product for you. But for someone like me who enjoys using it to set your face and for toner-related purposes, I can't say enough good things. I will always purchase this!

What do I like and dislike about his product? Wel there’s many controversies that went on about this product every where on social media, I got this from a friend and it can really just depend on how it does for your skin. Some people like it some people don’t. I personally don’t mind it . It makes my face feel hydrated and although some people say that it makes them break out bla blah, it doesn’t really matter what other people say though… it just whatever that works best for your skin and yourself. Like for someone who doesn’t really use that many skin products because with this it’s pretty much useless. As I said I got this as a gift because it was really trendy. I loved the smell because the smell isn’t fake and frabgrancey it’s very natrual and normal.

Mario Badescu Aloe and Rosewater Facial Mist is a delightful product that has become a staple in my skincare routine. The combination of aloe and rosewater provides a refreshing and soothing sensation upon application. The mist is incredibly light and fine, making it easy to spritz evenly on the face. I love how this facial mist instantly hydrates my skin, leaving it feeling revitalized and nourished. The rosewater gives it a pleasant, subtle floral scent that adds to the overall experience. It's perfect for a quick pick-me-up throughout the day or as a part of my skincare routine both morning and night. The mist also works wonders in setting makeup, giving it a natural and dewy finish. I have really mixed feelings about this product. It's affordable, one bottle lasts a long time, and it's pretty effective, but knowing about the ingredients gives me some pause. Essentially it's isopropyl alcohol (percentage isn't listed), that creates a precipitate of talc, calamine, salicylic acid, sulphur, camphor, and zinc. First off, it should only really be used on closed pustules in an effort to... I don't know, make them pop? On open pustules, isopropyl alcohol can damage skin (especially at higher percentages), and applying talc to open wounds can cause inflammation or infection. (But the temptation is real when you have a popped pimple and just want it to stop bleeding, and it honestly does do that.) On open pustules, isopropyl alcohol can damage skin (especially at higher percentages), and applying talc to open wounds can cause inflammation or infection. (But the temptation is real when you have a popped pimple and just want it to stop bleeding, and it honestly does do that.) And even with closed pustules, it's better to use hydrocolloid patches—in general, wound beds need to be kept moist to promote healing, not dried out. On whiteheads and blackheads, you're better off using salicylic acid and retinol to promote cell turnover to bring them to the surface (gently). Also worth mentioning, talc has come under fire lately for potentially causing cancer when inhaled, ingested, or otherwise absorbed into the body, though the FDA still considers it generally safe, so it's up to the customer's discretion. But in its defense, it does work really well at drying out big pimples and stopping bleeding, and I don't feel like I need to worry about contamination with the isopropyl alcohol. Also, you can apply this as a masking layer prior to concealer and foundation, and it honestly works really well—the talc allows it to smooth the surface while it gets to work, and I would be willing to bet my (regularly cleaned) makeup collection that its way more sterile than any of my concealer—so I'm probably going to keep using it for that at the very least.

I would rate this a zero if I could!!! I have been following the beauty community for many years and this used to be a highly suggested product. I have tried to love it but every time I use this my skin immediately reacts and flares up. It has so many skin irritating ingredients; Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Leaf Extract: causes skin sensitivity. Gardenia Florida Fruit Extract: causes skin sensitivity. Polysorbate 20: The Cosmetics Ingredient Review (CIR) Expert Panel concluded that polysorbate 20 is safe to use in cosmetics. However, there's concern of possible 1,4-dioxane contamination that could lead to cancer and skin irritation. My skin is not very sensitive and does not react to fragrance. So I cannot comment on that.I’ve used mists in the past with a “finer” spray that seems to soak in in a very “balanced” manner all over the skin. This one feels like droplets hitting my face in high concentration and does not feel misty at all. But I actually prefer it because my skin is so dry I like the wet/soggy feeling.

New hydrating and refreshing step to my routine!
19 January 2023

First time trying this product!I recently added this as my last step in the morning after I put on makeup, and the last step at night after my cream moisturizer. Surprisingly, this product has really helped heal my rough dry cheeks and this also adds a lot of hydration and plumpness to them! I started to notice the difference after a few days of consistently using this and I am in love with it! My cheeks now feel smoother, softer, and rounder and they even look bouncier. Love that this is another hydrating and refreshing product I've added to my routine to get my skin back from the harsh winter air.By the way -- I love keeping this cold in my fridge so when I apply it, it's a nice, cold wake-me-up step in the morning and a nice, cooling last step in the night ... MoreFirst time trying this product!I recently added this as my last step in the morning after I put on makeup, and the last step at night after my cream moisturizer. I can't wait to try the other scents but so far, I really love this one and will definitely repurchase!

Very refreshing

Feels very hydrating and blends well with other skincare. The sprayer is a little uneven in distribution so may end up with wet patches! The first thing I noticed was how nice the label was. Once you come to the end of the bottle the thingy doesn’t collect the liquid at the bottom so you waste a small amount of product. Overall a good purchase and quite affordable. I use it as a toner before skincare and it works well with a gel mosturiser to give a dewy finish. I also use it as a primer before makeup and a setting spray for after. I use it to wet my beauty blender before blending my makeup. I have bought 3 bottles, one for my cupboard, one for my car and purse as they are great for on the go as a quick refresh. I have very sensitive skin and this spray did not irritate it at all luckily with is good since other sprays I have used have done just that. Only problem is that the smell is slightly of putting as it is very heavily fragranced sweetly like lavender so it could irritate very sensitive skin or be a bit smelly to people who do not like the smell. I think that it is not good for people who do not like dewy and prefer a matte finish as it is very bursting and refreshing baba
