Thanks to Ocado, who gave us a packet of these yummy nuts to try! We are Marmite freaks in this family, so my partner and I were eager to try them. They were brilliant - the balance between the cashews and the Marmite seasoning is just right. We managed to consume all of them in one evening, watching television - says it all! The only thing we were disappointed about with was that all the nuts had be broken up during delivery... but there, I think we were just unlucky.

I'm reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. My partner loves marmite, I hate it. But even I enjoy a few of these occasionally. The marmite adds a nice saltiness to it, I just can't have too many or it becomes too overpowering. Which is no problem because my other half will destroy the remainder in no time. Definitely recommended.

I was given these by Ocado to review and although they are somewhat expensive, they make an interesting treat. The Marmite flavour was OK and the only comment I would make is that the cashews I received were not full nuts - most were chipped quarter nuts. I would have expected more half or full cashews for the price. I would have them again, as a treat, occasionally.

I?m reviewing this product as I got a free gift from Ocado. I?m GF, so I only had a small amount of these knowing I would be ok as I use Marmite for gravy making. The marmite flavoured seasoning on the cashews had a great taste, but I found the cashews a bit hard. Hubby on the other hand loved every thing about them and finished the packet in 2 evenings. We both felt the seasoning was just right.
I was given this to review. I have never knowingly tasted Marmite or a cashew nut in my entire lofe, so did not know wha to expect. They were very pleasant and moreish. They made nuts an acceptible foodstuff. To be consumed with a nice glass of cold white wine before a thumping roast dinner.
I've bought these for a long time, and enjoyed them. But in recent months they taste bland, and not at all of marmite.Whatever the flavour is now, it's just like something burnt. Not the tangy taste of before, not the marmite-y taste of before. Just a nondescript burnt something - it might have the flavour of a lump of charcoal. I dunno. I've never eaten any to make an accurate comparison.I really don't recommend them as of now, and can only assume the positive reviews are from yonks ago when it was a product worth buying if you like the taste of marmite.
Very nice & very moorish..I guess you either hate it or you love it!It would definitely get a 5 star rating if only it wasn't for the price, they are not that cheap for what is compared to other nuts in it's class, a relatively small bag, if the price was lower it'd definitely get that 5th star...
Received these in exchange for a review. What is not to like? Apart from the price! These are really tasty, delicious flavour of marmite, obviously the cashew looses its own taste and takes on the marmite but it is at just right level and the cashew have a lovely texture. Will wait forbtgese to be on offer, recommend
I was sent this product free by Ocado to review. We love cashews and Marmite, so it was already going to be a winner! For Marmite devotees, the flavour could be stronger, but for most its probably a good balance with the flavour of the cashew. Satisfyingly marmite -ty, and a change from plain salted nuts. As others have said, there are quite a few broken pieces of nuts and fragments, so Im afraid that loses a star from me. A Christmas tub might be the way to go...and will keep more of the cashews whole!
