The umbrellas are great! Awesome sun protection and look really stylish. High quality and can handle keeping off quite a bit of rain! Make sure you size up with the base though. The 15 kg isn’t really sturdy enough to handle the umbrella in its tilt position.

Had this umbrella 12 months of which 90% of the time it has not been up or in the sun but it has faded terribly (even down and undercover out of direct sunlight) and the charcoal colour now represents an army green colour. The colour is also all 'striped' from the way it folds down when not being used. The tilt function, whilst handy, is very flimsy and I don't trust it not to snap

Great umbrella, very happy with the quality, given the reasonable price.We have this in the concrete base, and it looks wonderful with our timber outdoor table.

Absolutely horrible quality. The pole on this umbrella is made from such thin metal that it cannot withstand even a light wind. We used ours once, and within 2 hours the pole was already bent. Marquee should be ashamed to sell such an inferior product. Spend the extra money on a higher quality umbrella. Buy once cry once.
I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I needed to replace the same one I had for several years. I was happy that I was able to find the same model however I have now realised that the model has been despeced. It does not have a tie to hold the umbrella closed when not in use and the shade is very thin. The older version was at least water resistant but this one the rain comes through the pouros

I bought this today I was in desperate need of shade at our house and it is perfect for a non fixed shade I already had the table and I was a-bit worried that the umbrella wouldn’t fit in and it did! So so happy for the price I am stoked easy to set up too!

The substantial looking chrome hinge joint failed / broke, and the umbrella now tilts over and swings about in breeze uncontrollably.This was a replacement for an earlier Marquee 2.5m market umbrella (purch. 16 Oct 2013, for $39.95). The former was everything the replacement 3m market umbrella is not.Talk about cheapen a product to the point it's likely dangerous/unfit for purpose.I'm using the old steel support because the new is such a thin gauge, I doubt it could take any weather condition or bump, before it buckles at the base or mid join. Under the 12 month warranty the umbrella needs to be in a stand and table. 3m market umbrellas are supposed to be self-supporting, not require a table to prevent the lightweight support from buckling.On the 2.5m and 2.7m umbrella, the support pole has been reduced from 38mm to 35mm (diam.), making it unstable in the base. Because of this, I had to return it and buy the 3m push-up. This also comes in a wind-up version, which unlike the push-up, takes longer to lower in a storm.Both tilt to assist with shade/sun direction. Neither has a strap, which is needed to prevent the closed umbrella acting like a sail in strong winds, and likely break the flimsy support pole. You will need to tie this or bring inside during inclement weather.Rubbish, would never buy again. Product has since been binned.
I only had the Umbrella 2 weeks & a reasonable breeze came up & smashed it to bits.Nice looking & easy to use but i was very disappointed it didn't withstand a little normal Nelson breeze.
We bought this yesterday and put it into our marquee table with a 15kg base. The slightest breeze knocked the whole table over, breaking the umbrella. What is the point of an outdoor product that cannot withstand a mild breeze in the middle of flat, suburbia?
