I love the clean sound in this tiny amp. The dirty channel sounds great as well, but doesn't have a lot of gain. And since this amp doesn't have eq, you don't get a lot of option when it comes to tweaking. I would recommend getting the MG15 if you can spend some more. I wanted a small practice amp for my apartment. This one serves the purpose. Also, it looks great and you get that Marshall feel in terms of looks and sound. Overall, for the price, this thing is a killer!

I've owned this amp for a few years. With the clean channel engaged, it sounds great with pedals (mxr super comp into boss od) and gets surprisingly loud for a small apartment. I dont think it would be loud enough for most band practice settings as far as volume. The biggest gripe I have with it is that it defaults to the distortion channel, which is useless for any application. Muddy, buzzy, no low end, no smoothness... just rigid cold distortion that muddied your notes even with the gain at the lowest settings. It's in fact the worst distortion I've ever used.Whenever I turn it on, I immediately switch the channel to clean.

The amp really starts to come into it's own as you turn up the volume above 3:00. The louder the amp. The more bass response is add. It's a fun little amp to mike up. Modding it to accept larger speakers is interesting.

This is a wonderful amp. I bought it for my 13 year old daughter, who's just starting to play electric guitar. It has terrific sound quality and is easy for her to transport. Very happy with this purchase.
This may vey well be the worst amp in the history of ears. It has two sounds. Bad and bad. The volume works and it's portable. Other than that, there is no other than that. That's that..
This amp is perfect for the practice I have. The clean has amazing clarity and the overdrive has enough grit to fool around. I can experiment with any pedal as well. Sounds great. Great purchase.
This little amp sounds like a marshall stack. I purchased so I could practice in the bedroom or living room without having to move a big bulky app. I love the different sound controls. Clean or distortion mode.
In this price range it ROCKS OUT ALL OTHERS!!!! No competition even the VOX & ORANGE mini's in the same category aren't up to Parr. Marshall surprised us all with this one!!!! Kicks out a whole lotta juice in a such a small package. Highly Recommend!!!!
Bought this for practice when lower volume is required. Looks great, Sounds great. From the research that i've done, this is the best sounding solid state amp of is size and class and i feel like the research really holds up!
I just started playing guitar so I don't know too much about amps, but this one sounds really good. With only 4 nobs you can do a lot with it and its pretty loud if you have it on max volume.
